Withdrawing the defective 6 H.P. Submersible Pump Set from river bed tube well No. 06 & 08 after disconnection of cable lines and delivery pipes with the help of suitable derrick and chain pulley arrangement by engaging skilled and unskilled personnel.

Supply delivery of GI Wire for holding the 10 mm² cable.

laying the10sq.mm x 3 core Al. Ar. Cable along the length of including fixing with supplied GI Wire at a suitable interval so as to prevent sagging of cable complete as per direction of EIC. (cable supplied by departmentally)

Supply and delivery of XLPE insulated 6sq mm 3core flat submersible copper cable as per IS 694.

Making straight through joint by supplying jointing materials to make the joint leak proof all complete as per direction. a) 2.5 mm² X 6 mm² copper submersible cable joint inside the tube well -

6 mm² Copper submersible cable X 10 mm² X 3 coree Al Ar. Cable outside the tube well - 1Set

Lowering the submersible pumping machinery into existing river bed tube well) with above supplied submersible pump withg departmentally supplied column pipe and making all electrical & mechanical connection as per direction of EIC.

Dismantling and taken out the old damaged gaseous chlorination spares part by part and also taking out the damaged booster pumps after disconnecting all pipe lines & electrical connections including removing the complete damaged suction and dosing pipe line of the whole chlorine system as per direction of EIC.

Supplying, fitting and fixing PVC pipes of approved make of Schedule 80 (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD - 1785 and threaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS : 1239 (Part - I). with all necessary accessories,specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbow, nipple,longscrew,reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted with holder bats clamps, including cutting pipes, making threads,fitting, fixing etc.complete in all respect including cost of all necessary fittings as required,jointing materials and two coats of painting with approved paint in any position above ground. (Payment will be made on the centre line measurements of total pipe line including all specials. No separate payment will be made for accesories, specials. Payment for painting will be made seperately)(To making whole chlorine dosing network)

Fitting fixing of the departmentally supplied spares such as liquid trap,scale controller,lead washer,injector,copper tube,pressure gauge etc on the existing position part by part with new ejector pipe line with necessary fitting materials and necessary welding job by expert mechanic, installed the same complete the job as per direction of EIC and as per IS:10553

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials

Dismantling of faulty BOCR3DE relay from the panel feeder and refixing it after repairing by the suitable technician as per direction of EIC.

Withdrawing the 30 HP VT pump Motor set along with column pipe part by part with the help of over head crane from underground reservoir after disconnection of power line from motor terminal by engaging skilled technician as per direction.

Replacement of bearing of DE and NDE of motor:

a) Ball Bearing SKF- 6211-2Z/C3(DE)

b) Ball Bearing SKF- 6311-2Z/C3(NDE)

Dismantling the 30 HP BHT pump (16 stages) Bowel assembly part by part and taken out damaged spares and detection of fault as per direction.

a) S.S Top Shaft (25mm dia. X 2440 mm long)

c) Bowl rubber bush

Repairing and overhauling pump shaft, cleaning and reassembling the bowl part by part with serviceable and new spares parts (mentioned in Item No. 4) maintaining proper alignment as per direction.

Replacement of thrust block bearing of the VT Pump :

a) T.B.H roller Bearing No. 7214 BECBM (Make: SKF)

Lowering of bowl assembly along with column pipes, line shaft, changing the materials as mentioned in sl. No.4 including making coupling and connection of the motor terminals with cable leads duly tapped by new adhessive tape etc. as per direction of EIC.

Installation of the 30 HP vertical type induction motor in existing position with the discharge case along with column pipe, top shaft, split gland, gland packing etc. supplied in item no.4 and necessary jointing materials (washer, gasket, gland packing etc.) by suitable lifting and lowering arrangement as per direction.
