Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, roof, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, as directing complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for applying neat cement slurry with 3 kg of cement per sqm with mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions over surfaces roof, terrace, projection, chajjas, walls after prepration and cleaning of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) on concrete surfaces of roof, terrace, projection, chajjas, walls (old or new), finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) with mixing of WPC as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for Applying evenly a priming coat with bituminous primer at 4 Kg per 10 sq metre over plastered/concrete surfaces including prepration complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying of APP based polymeric membrane minimum weight 3Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt not less than 150gm/sqm) by torched applicatilaid over and including applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen S-35 grade (30/40) at the rate of 1.2 kg per Sq.m including cleaning of cement plaster surfaces as per manufacturer's instructions complete and all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) over roof, terrace in concrete including using integral WPC as per manufacturer's instructions, well compacted and fair finish, with forming by cutting 10mm wide and 10mm deep "V" grooves, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture, mastic bitumen, size of panel with groove shall not exceeding 0.40Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for SRI cool roof anti skid tile of size 300mmX300mmX10mm thick, UV Rays resistant, on terrace/roof surface over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) set and jointed, grouted and flush pointed with epoxy Based Waterproof Tile Filler to match the colour of tiles including over Geotextile 120Gm non woven 100% polyster of thickness 1 to 1.25mm bonded to the water proofing membrane with intermittent touch by heating the membrane by butane torch as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for special treatment to floor/slab/wall sunken portion with demolition of PCC with plaster of entire sunken area (bottom, sides & top upto dado level), removal of floor trap and soil pipes including removal of demolished material exc 500m and n exc 1000m, fix the soil pipe, 20mm dia 200mm projected GI spout pipe through wall fill the gap between pipe and left out opening with PCC Type B0, 1:2:4 with using WPC cleaning to remove loose particles, dust, latance with brush etc of entire surface properly, applying 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC liquid Conplast 421 as per manufacurer's instructions, on the bottom/slab and sides/beams/walls upto dado level of sunken area, prepration of surface and applying one coat each of Nitoproof 100 priming coat @1Ltr/4Sqm, after the priming coat applying Nitoproof 120 on plastered surfaces @1Ltr/2Sqm, after drying of surface fill the sunken area with water for 24 hrs for the testing of leakage/seepage if leakage/seepage not observed, filling the sunken floor/area with PCC (1:5:10) using brick bat mixed with WPC liquid Conplast 421 as per manufacurer's instructions,, including placing of 75mm new CI floor trap if found fixed, rendering again 40mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC liquid Conplast 421 as per manufacurer's instructions, over PCC/ top area, applying 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC liquid Conplast 421 as per manufacurer's instructions, on the 40mm thick rendering, and applying one coat each of Nitoproof 100 priming coat @1Ltr/4Sqm, after the priming coat applying Nitoproof 120 on plastered surfaces @1Ltr/2Sqm over 10mm thick rendering/top surface, area of toilet floor exc 0.80Sqm but not exc 1.20Sqm complete all as specified and directed. Demolition of stone slabs, stone tiles and any type of tiles laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles of size 350mm x 250mm x 7mm/ 450mm x 350mm x 7mm thick (coloured) of superior quality fixed on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles of size 7 to 8mm thick (coloured) (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 but n exc 0.11 sqm, in floors, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles of size 7 to 8mm thick (coloured) (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 but n exc 0.38 sqm, in floors, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No. 16 above but in skirting over 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick (in single piece as vertical support and horizointal base for granite top) in cooking platform, jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over and including screed base 15mm thick in CM (1:4) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab inclunding rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick (in single piece) in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing including backing coat 10mm thick in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 300mmx300mmx10mm thick non skid parking floor glosy finish paver tiles with grey cement and pigment, over and including 15mm thick screed in CM (1:4), set jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block rubber moulded any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade over 25mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone, PCC block, boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for squared rubble walling Jodhpur type regular coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for jodhpur stone roof slabs, lintel slabs, self faced 7.5cm to 10cm thick, 25cm to 35cm wide, hoisted and set, jointed and grouted in cement mortar 1:3 including demolition complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection including making joint at every 3mtr interval and at corner and filled with mixture of bitumen and sand and finished even and fair and laid in alternate bays complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete type B0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) in floor complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position and cleaning & removing all scale and dirt etc from tank and from mouth of circulating pipe etc exc 500 Ltrs and n exc 1000 Ltrs capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of water tanks of capacity Exc 250 and n exc 500 ltrs (RCC hume Pipe/PVC) including disconnecting all connections etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames (without taking of shutters from the frames) area exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each and refixing old shutter in the same opening after replacing the chowkats or frames complete all as specified and directed . (Note : Chowkats or frames shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for preparation of New or previously untreated wood and wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise, described, over 10cm width or girth and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of New or previously untreated steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10cm in girth or width and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete all as specified and directed .
