Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling false ceiling with aluminium sections and particle board including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Refixing of ANG partition in the position using available materials including all aluminium fabrication work, fixing of particle board and glazing panel, using new screws, rubber gasket, cleat angle wherever required all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Fixing decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain / wood grain in gloss / matt / suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality.

1.0 mm thick.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

a) One or more coats on old work.

Providing and fixing Modular partition for modular workstation of required length and height with frame work made up of powder coated alumnium sections of size 70 x22 x2 mm for verticlas , 45 x35 x2 mm for horizontals , 70 x70x 1.5 mm for Top / side trims and 30 x11 x1.2 mm frame for glass ( only where glass is to be fixed) and screwed together using 10/25 mm hardened and galvanised metal screws. The frame work shall be made up of several panels of various widths ranging from 450 mm to 1050 mm formed together to achieve the required length and height . The right angle turns shall be achieved by using 70 mm square connectors to achiebve 2 way, 3 way or 4 way connections as reqiuired. The panels shall be joined together using 5/16-25 mm galvanised nuts , bolts and the bottom most horizontal aluminium section shall be riveted with n nos of metal bush nuts to hold thefloor lebvel adjusters. The aluminium frame work shall have provision to fix facia tiles upto 9 mm thick on both sides. The partition sjhall be sturdy and flush type on both sides of facia of 9 mm thick prelaminated particle board of regular grade -ii , Type-ii , conforming to IS: 12823 with lamination of approved colour on one side and balancing lamination on the other side all as approved by the Engineer in charge. There shall be no visible screws over the partition and the cable management system shall have the provision for drawing the concealed type cables for Electricla, computer , communication etc , required number of heavy duty floor level adjusters shall be provided and the height of the partition shall be measured above the floor level adjusters for payment . All the aluminium sections shall be ppowder coated to 40 mocrons of approved colour.

Providing modular table top for the workstation with 25 mm thick particle board (Synthetic resin bonded flat pressed three layered graded particle board) of regular grade conforming to IS: 3087, laminated by post forming on the top side and balancing lamination on the bottom side with post formed curved finish at front edge and the same shall be mounted on work station partitions fixed with M.S powder coated cantilever brackets of sufficient thickness not less than 2 mm to withstand the weight of the Table top all complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing Modular side panel 25 mm thick particle board ( Synthetic Resin bonded flat pressed three layered graded particle board ) of regular grade conforming to IS: 3087, laminated on both sides by post forming with rounded finish of the front edge , connected to the modular pertition with 2 mm thick M.S powdwe coated cantilever brackets . The side support panel shall be provided with necessary bushes of approved quality all complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing Modular key board pull out shelf of size 600 x 300 mm, with 18mm thick particle board (Synthetic resin bonded flat pressed three layered particle board ) of regular grade conforming to IS: 3087, laminated on the top side by post forming and balancing lamination on the bottom , with rounded finish at the front edge, mounted under the table top with heavy duty metal channels all complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing 1mm thick PVC flooring sheet of approved patern and shade with necessary adhesives, including rolling with wooden roller etc to have even and joint free surface all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

a) Two or more coats on old work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

One or more coats on old work.

Refixing of the dismantled, false ceilling materials including "L" Angles,"T" sections,and particle board etc.,in First Floor,for the proposed conference hall, in sanchar bhavan in Nizamabad, with the avialable materials, to the required height and shall be neatly levelled, as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium work consisting of tee/ angle sections, of approved make conforming to IS : 733 in frames of false ceiling including aluminium angle cleats with necessary C.P. brass/stainless steel sunk screws, aluminium perimeter angles fixed to wall with stainless steel rawl plugs @ 450 mm centre to centre and fixing the frame work to G.I. level adjusting hangers 6 mm dia. with necessary cadmium plated machine screws all complete as per approved architectural drawings and direction of the Engineer-in-charge (level adjusting hangers, ceiling cleats and expansion hold fasteners to be paid for separately).

Providing and fixing 6 mm dia. old G.I. level adjusting hangers (upto 1200mm length), fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40x3mm size 60 mm long and stainless steel expandable dash fastener of 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long, complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Supplying and fixing of 8mm thick cement particle board as partition boards in the existing aluminium frame work with sunken screw etc complete all as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.
