Material and labour for providing and fixing of false ceiling with powder coated exposed anodised aluminium snap grid suspension system having load carrying capacity of 12.5 Kg/M3 with mid span deflection not exceeding 1/360 span with hanger spacing of 1200 mm c/c) consisting of Main Runner 3600 mm long, Cross Tee 1200/600 mm long and Wall Angle. The wall angle shall be fixed on PVC dash fasteners on the perimeter of the wall with steel screws with distance 300 mm c/c. The main runners to be placed @ 1200 mm, the cross tee 1200 mm will be inserted in the pre-cut slots of Main Runner at regular interval of 600 mm to form a modular grid of 1200x600mm. Supply and fixing of point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS (For phase and neural), with stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area), single core, multistranded, FRLSH , PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade, ISI 694 marked drawn in and including heavy duty PVC concealed conduit with fittings ISI marked, terminated in junction box incl 1.5 Sqmm and connected to earth dolly including fixing of 1. 2 mm thick MS sunk terminal box 60 mm deep (minimum size 100 x 100 mm square) suitably flushed to wall with 3 mm thick plastic laminated/ebonite sheet cover fixed with brass screws and cup washers for one light / ceiling fan/exhaust fan/bell controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed by engineer incharge. including making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
