Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, hedge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing,weeding pruning replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter , removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers(whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and menure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by office-in-charge (Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide , Pesticide provided by the Department& lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel & other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor). Yard Stick= 01 mali for maintenance of the entire garden features 01 acre area. Total Lawn area =5.68 Acre X 4047 Sqm X 12Months =275843.52Sqm(1 mali per acre) 2 acre X 4047 Sqm X 10Months= 80940+275843.52=356783.52 say 356784 sqm

Clearing, sweeping and Collection of rubbish, garden refuse from footpath/Jogging Tracks, Parking, Rain Shelters & Store Rooms etc. of the park and disposed off at specified place as per the direction of officer-in-charge. Sweeper/Beldar for 30 days sweep/squenge the area as per 5576 sqm area. Path Area= 0.31 X 4047 X 12 Months=15054.84 say 15055 Sqm. (for 30 days)
