Outsourcing of Assistance for Maintenance and Repair of 02 Nos. Surface Miners working under MARC and Material Handling and Cleaning Works of Hydraulic Shovels and Surface Miners at Khadia Project for 365 Days.

Scope of Work/Technical Specifications etc. 1. Up keeping, cleaning work of 88.8 sqm area (22.20 sqm area/day/machine) of machine housing, operator cabin, undercarriage track chain and rollers mud etc. of 04 Nos. Hydraulic shovels (BE700, Tata Hitachi ZX650H SL No.001166 and PC2000-8 SL No.1 & 2) working at Khadia project for a period of 365Days. 2. Material handling of lubricants barrels, loading and unloading of 04 Nos. Hydraulic shovels (BE700, Tata Hitachi ZX650H SL No.001166 and PC2000-8 SL No.1 & 2) and 02 nos. Surface Miners working at Khadia project for a period of 365Days. 3. Assistance in repair and maintenance work in all the three shifts including general shift of 02 nos. Surface miners, running under MARC. Note: Maximum deployment of manpower for the above scope of work likely to be 1. Semi-Skilled for 730 nos. of manshift & Un-Skilled for 2555 nos. of manshifts. Standard terms & conditions- All the safety materials (safety helmet, safety shoes, gloves and other safety equipment’s) are to be provided / arranged by the contractor.

Labour charges for Material Handling & Cleaning Works of Hydraulic Shovels and Surface Miners as per scope of work including contractor profit.

Labour charges for assstance in maintenance and repair work of 02 nos Surface miners running Under MARC including contractor profit.
