Supply and fix Multi rib TM profile Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick (TCT) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, cut as per site requirement fixed with self drilling/self tapping screw with EPDM seal etc., all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Multi rib TM profile Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick (TCT) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in valley gutter, roof covering/cladding to wall, cut as per site requirement fixed with self drilling/self tapping screw with EPDM seal etc., complete all as per manufacturer's instructions including removing of adjacent roof covering sheets and re fixing in its original position after fixing of valley gutter complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing aluminium frame work in false ceilings with aluminium anodised snap grid frame work of size 605 x 605mm with aluminium main tee, cross tee size 25x25x1.6 mm and aluminium wall angle size 25x25x1.8 mm fixed to wall hanging from soffits/ trusses/ bracing using adjustable supporting hanger compressing of GI wire 6mm dia GI (up to 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia 40 mm long etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix Non asbestos fibre cement designer E- board 4mm thick fixed to aluminium snap grid frame work of size 605 x 605mm with screws as per manufacturer's instructions etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix roof trusses (framed) trussed purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat section) including distance pieces cleats etc confirming to grade Fe-410 W, Grade E250, quality A etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius with old size bricks built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick work or stone walls / concrete surfaces / ceiling plaster etc., including raking out of joint, hacking for key scrubbing down with water as in internal and external surfaces of man holes, septic tank, filter bed etc., and removing debris to outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Rendering in Cement Mortar 1:6, 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering in Cement Mortar 15mm thick in two layers, i.e, in Cement Mortar 1:4, 5mm thick mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers' instructions over in Cement Mortar 1:6, 10mm thick on fair faces of brick surfaces, finished even and smooth etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately

Supply only Liquid Water Proofing Compound conforming to IS:2645-2003 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer on external surfaces of walls including preparation of newly plastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying three coats of white wash on walls including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Distemper oil emulsion over a coat of alkali resistant primer etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully existing Unserviceable copper/aluminium point wiring of any description / type / size of (light/fan/socket/call bell/two way/Power point) on TW batten/conduit complete including fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, shades, brackets, sockets, holders, light fittings, call bells and removing the materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site or for taking credit including making good the disturbed surfaces of walls/floors/ceilings etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes: (a) The new fittings shall bear the CA No. and Year written by Black synthetic enamel paint using stencils or by permanent marker pen and the unit quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of writing these details. (b) LM 79 & LM 80 reports to be submitted in support of the technical specifications of fitting/fixtures

Taking down carefully, dismantling and opening the Ceiling fans/exhaust fans of any sweep / any make after disconnecting the electric connection for attending repairs, reassembling, refixing and re-connecting the fans to ceiling rose/connector after carrying out necessary servicing like cleaning internally and externally, overhauling, application of lubricant oil/ grease and replacing the spare parts like split pins, cotter pins, nuts, bolts etc., including replacement of worn out /defective parts, make it serviceable in all respect and provision of new flexible wire of size 23/0.0076 multistranded copper conductor cable from ceiling rose to fan etc., complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- (a) Rewinding and painting to ceiling fans will be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (b) Replacement of unserviceable parts like condenser/capacitor, Bushes, bearings etc., shall be measured and paid separately as supply only items. (c) Labour element for replacing of u/s parts deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

Rewinding the wornt out coils of the ceiling fans of any sweep any make/type with super enameled copper wire of suitable size to get designed speed for the particular make of fans including insulating varnishing, providing sleeves including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint by gun spray after cleaning, scraping all dust/rust on fans/down rods/blades etc., and filling the cavities with filler and numbering the fans "MES NO" with black enamel paint etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Condenser/Capacitor 2.5 MFD capacity suitable for ceiling fans of any make / sweep / type of fans, conforming to relevant IS specification and as directed

Supply only ball bearing of size 6201/6202/6203 suitable for any make / sweep / type of fans conforming to relevant IS specification.

Supply only Rubber bushes real type suitable for any make / sweep / type of fans conforming to relevant IS specification.

Supply and Fix factory made, distribution board (MCB DB), IP 43, SPN, 4 way, 240 Volts, horizontal type, double door with 200 Amp rated bus bar, flush type made out of 1.2mm thick CRCA sheet metal, duly powder coated and conforming to IS 8623 fitted with suitable copper bus bar, neutral links, blanking plate etc., all as per Cat No.DHDPSHODPW04 of Havells or DX3 MCB DBs 5076 10 of Legrand or Optipro 811805 of IndoAsian or equivalent of other specified makes fixed on wall including connecting, testing and taking down the existing DB with MCB and MCBs etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note : MCBs shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.
