Banking of capacitor units to form banks of suitable capacity by electricial interconnection with multistrand copper wires/aluminium bus bars using necessary hardware , lugs, tapes etc. as reuire at site
Supply of microprocessor based APFC relay with digital display of power factor and other parameters for switching on & off required no's of capacitors on receipt of signal. Make "standard"
Supply of TP contactors of 40 A rating, LC1D40, for switching of capacitor units in place of defective capacitors in APFC Panel. Make: L&T/GE/Schneider/Epcos

Servicing of APFC Panel including complete dusting of panel, decarbonising contacts of contractors and other electrical components re-dressing of power & control wiring, proper crimping, tightening of all nuts & bolts and alignment of doors etc as required at site.
Testing & commissioning of APFC panels per required parameters including following I. Continuity and earth test II. Meggering of all equipments for phase to phase, Phase to neutral and phase to earth. III. Checking of tightness of all nut and bolts IV. Alignments of doors V. All function tests VI. Monitoring of power factor
