Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n. exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n. exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6), type C-2, (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) 75mm thick as in sub base of flooring/hardstanding etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand filling 50mm thick under interlocking paver block including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed pre cast concrete interlocking paver block (with grey cement and pigment) any shape and size confirming to IS -15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles glossy finish coloured 20 to 22mm thick of any size and pattern as approved by GE as in patches in floor with set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in grey cement and pigment to match the tiles laid over and including cement screed 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of structural steel work including door, gate but excluding framed truss etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel work in framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged onto spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railing, frame work of water tank and similar work conforming to Fe-290, Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only for mild steel work in framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged onto spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railing, frame work of water tank and similar work conforming to Fe-290, Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, each srewed end to be fixed with one washer and one hexagonal nut, the other end to be embeded in RCC fencing post while casting for chain link fencing, dia of bolt 11 to 15mm and length of bolt exc 5cm but n exc. 10cm long, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation for new steel surfaces of any description exc 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type including fillets and removing from site, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link fencing made out 4mm dia hot dipped galvanised iron wire of mesh 75mm x 75mm / 100mm x 100mm size made up to into mattress or cages, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Pre meter weight of chain link brought by the contractor shall be fixed through a BOO.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Straining & fixing old chain link fencing including any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair of concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 960mm dia 13m openable length having 53 Nos round per 6m length single coil, fixed on wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped with horizontal reinforced barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing, stud tied with GI staples GI clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or GI barbed wire tied to angle iron including taking down old concertina coil fencing, complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Barbed wire shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item. (ii) Per meter weight of concertina coil fencing brought by the contractor shall be fixed through a BOO.

Labour only for straightening deformed concertina coil to proper circular shape in position and properly securing by GI wire of not less than 2mm dia with existing MS angle frame, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts incl securing or typing at crossing with and provn of galvanized mild steel wire, staples, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 177 here-in before but except galvanized 2 strand barbed steel wire, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable outdoor/indoor LT panel complete with existing accessories, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down/out unserviceable UG cables of any cross sectional area and connections including bricks, GI pipes, etc of any descriptions, laid in trenches and/or fixing with walls/poles, complete all as specefied and directed.

Relaying of serviceable LT UG Cable carefully of any cross sectional area and connections including inserting into new DWC pipe, laid in trenches and/ or fixing with walls/poles, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Earth work shall be paid seperately under respective items.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth for foundation of pole/stay, or cable trenches and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in incl spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE duct pipe of 75mm dia conforming to IS, approved colour complete with fittings for cable protection, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE duct pipe of 25mm dia conforming to IS, approved colour complete with fittings for cable protection, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for galvanized iron tubing 50mm bore (light grade) with all fittings for protection of cables, laid in trenches, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Excavation and earth work Shall be measured and paid separately)

All as per item No. 191 here-in- above but size 25mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3.5 core, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Earth work and connected items shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

All as per item No. 193 here-in- above but size of cable 16 Sqmm 4 core, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for horizontal boring under the road with manual methood below 1mtr from the road surface and dia of hole not exc 100mm, with out damaging the existing road, getting out and disposal of soil to a distance not exceeding 50m from the site of work, complete all as specified and directed. Note: An amount of Rs.44982.00 on account of credit schedule for schedule 'A' part - II shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
