Material and labour for removing the following existing unserviceable components from Almirah Large steel with shelves (FD-67, 1031) and carry out repairs specified below as per specification shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge:-

Supply and Fix new locks with 6 lever locking mechanism, nickel-plated made of brass levers with round keys (2 Nos of nickel-plated brass) with four-way universal mounting

Supply and Fix steel Handle chromium plated 150 mm size

Supply and Fix new legs made out of 1 mm thick x 18 gauge MS Sheet to match with original legs.

Supply and Fix new Shelves made out of 1 mm thick MS Sheet x 18 gauge.

Refixing of shelves by providing suitable clips and removing the dents and bents, welding if required in existing position as directed.

Repair of loose doors by replacing unserviceable existing hinges, fittings and supply and fix new hinges (Nut & Bolts, Steel Screw/Rivets) and adjustment for smooth functioning as specified.

Scrapping down the existing faded off paint by any means and carrying out repairs such as removing the dents /bends to obtain even surfaces and painting with two coat of approved synthetic enamel paint by spray painting over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as directed.

Supply and Fix 1 mm thick black steel chromium plated steel handle 100 mm long.

Supply and Fix new 20 mm dia chromium plated steel conduit pipe 1.6 mm thick with socket in both sides.

Supply and fix new top of size 1900x685x19 mm thick made out of block board covered on top with 22 gauge aluminium sheet, and fixed to frame with 40 mm steel screw.

Scrapping down the existing faded off paint by any means and carrying out repairs such as removing the dents /bends to obtain even surfaces and painting with two coat of approved synthetic enamel paint by spraying over a coat of red oxide primer.

Supply and fix hard rubber shoes/bushes

Material and labour for removing the following existing unserviceable components from Table Office Clerk Steel (FD-84 (M), 1004) and carry out repairs specified below as per specification shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge:-

Supply and Fix new locks with 6 lever locking mechanism, nickel-plated made of brass levers with round keys (2 Nos of nickel-plated brass) with four-way universal mounting and repairs to automatic locking arrangement and making it serviceable as directed .

Supply 25 mm x 25 mm square steel tube of 1.6 mm thick and cut into suitable lengths and weld to the frame without damaging the existing members all as per drawing and as directed.

Supply and fix new Steel drawers made out of 18 gauge, 1mm thick MS sheet

M & L for repairing of drawer by replacement of MS channel providing welding & denting.

Scrapping down the existing faded off paint by any means and carrying out repairs such as removing the dents /bends to obtain even surfaces and painting with two coat of approved synthetic enamel paint by spray painting over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as directed.

Supply and fix new Front leg of size 550mm long x 19mm dia x 1.6mm thick of MS Tube

Supply and fix new Back leg of size 400mm long x 19mm dia x 1.6mm thick of MS Tube

Supply and fix new stiffener of size 455mm long x 19mm dia x 1.6mm thick of MS Tube

Supply and fix new PVC Seat and back of size 455mm x 455mm x 4mm thick (weight not less than 1.85Kgs) for Chair Verandah including painting with white synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and providing new hard rubber shoes/bushes 4 Nos, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for carrying out any welding/repairs required to make frame serviceable and painting with white synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and supply and reweaving with plastic cane 2/3mm of white or light colour as directed including providing new hard rubber shoes/bushes 4 Nos, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for removing the following existing unserviceable components from Charpoy GI Pipe with 12mm thick plywood top (FD-220) and carry out repairs specified below as per specification shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge:-

Supply and fix new 12 mm thick plywood BWR grade of size 2100mm x 900mm fixed with flat head nut and bolt of size 6mm dia 75mm long with 3mm thick washer (Total 08 Nos per charpoy) duly drilling hole in ply wood and steel frame of charpoy (02 Nos each to long rails and 02 Nos each to short rails).

Material and labour for removing existing broken/damaged MS flat iron and supply and fix MS flat iron 50mm x 6mm thick, 895mm long drilled to long rail both side in equal distance and painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint black colour over a coat of red oxide to the stiffeners, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for removing existing unserviceable long rails from charpoy GI Pipe and Supply and fixing with new long rails of size 1890mm made out of GI tube 32 mm dia medium grade including cutting/threading and fixing to GI Charpoy to bring it to the existing shape and size, all as specified and shown on drawing or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for removing existing unserviceable short rails from GI charpoy and fixing short rails of size 810mm of GI tube 32mm dia medium grade including necessary cutting, threading and fixing to GI charpoy as per existing shape and size, all as specified and shown on drawing or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for removing existing unserviceable legs from GI charpoy and fix new legs of size 392mm of GI tube 32mm dia medium grade including necessary cutting, threading and fixing to GI charpoy as per existing shape and size, all as specified and shown on drawing or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for removing existing unserviceable elbow and supply and fix new three way GI elbow (ISI marked) suitable for 32mm bore GI pipe all as specified and shown on drawing or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for removing existing unserviceable check nuts from long rail and supply and fix new check nuts 6mm thick 32mm dia in its existing position, all as specified and shown on drawing or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for carrying out any welding/repairs required to make frame serviceable for Chair tubular steel of sorts (FD-75M & TP) and painting with synthetic enamel paint (shade decided by BSO/GE) over a coat of red oxide primer and supply and fix new seat & back (both counted as one unit) as directed including providing new hard rubber shoes/bushes 4 Nos , all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for removing existing unserviceable teak wood arm rest from Chair tubular steel of sorts (FD-75M & TP) and supply and fix new arm rest (2 Nos will be counted as on unit) with black paint in existing position, all as specified and shown on drawing or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for removing the following existing unserviceable components from Table steel (FD-1008) and carry out repairs specified below as per specification shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge:-

Material and labour for removing old unservicable foam together with old faded rexine of Metal Sofa set 5 seater (TP/Durian/Featlite/Godrej) and provide new foam of suitable density covered with new rexine for seat and back of approved quality/shade, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge (Cost of rexine shall not be less than Rs. 480/- per metre) Colour and pattern as approved by GE/Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for removing old unservicable foam together with old faded cloth of Metal Sofa set 5 seater (TP/Durian/Featlite/Godrej) and provide new foam of suitable density covered with new cloth for seat and back of approved quality/shade, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge (Cost of rexine shall not be less than Rs. 420/- per metre) Colour and pattern as approved by GE/Engr-in-Charge.

Scrapping down the existing faded off paint by any means and carrying out repairs such as removing the dents / bends, apply putty to obtain even surfaces, painting with two coat of approved synthetic enamel paint by spray painting all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge for Cabinet steel filling with 3 drawer.
