M&L Granite 15 to 16 mm thick(of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (Veneering to wall) and laid on cill of parapit wall over 12 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite colour Red or brown as per direction of GE.

M/L Baroda green 18-20mm thick machine cut, in steps/floors bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of Baroda green including grinding and polishing complete to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 comlete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for bullnosing / moulding to exposed edges of stone slab ( any type) and polishing to match the adjoining surfaces complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection or similar places, laid in alternate ways, surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for reparing of RCC projection, chajjas,roofs,facia, colum etc by necessary preparation i.e scrapping ,cutting,chiseling,derusting and cleaning exposed reinforecement, surfaces of damaged, loose RCC surfaces and applying one coat of cement slurry and filling the surfaces with cement concrete (1: 1-1/2: 3) using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate and reinforeced with welded mesh of weight exc 2Kg per sqm but n.exc 3Kg/sqm with or without facia and finished exc 5sqm each and thickness of RCC using coarse sand in patches area not each and thickness of RCC member n.exc 70mm at any height complete all as specified. Note : - Cost of formwork and welded mesh shall be deemed to be included.
