Outsourcing the operation of mechanical truck tyre washing systems at Gate No.3 for a period of 01 (One) Year (2026-27)

Outsourcing the operation of the mechanical truck tyre washing system at Gate No.3 engaging 09 nos. of skilled workers round the clock in three Shifts, for operation of the pump, valve and the mechanical system , maintaining the total truck tyre washing system, minor repairing to the pump and washing system as and when required, maintaining all records, etc. for smooth functioning of the mechnical truck tyre washing system all complete,with supply of all labour, T & P , all taxes excluding GST as per direction of Engineer- in- charge.

NB:(i)The rate of wages against the Item No.1 is as per the approved labour rate of Govt. of India/PPA. The contractor must pay the minimum wages as approved by govt. of India/PPA during operation of contract.The enhancement of differential labour wages will be reimbursed by PPA as per actual on production of supporting documents. (ii)EPF/ESI, Bonus, Gate pass will be reimbursed as per actual on production of supporting documents. (iii)Canteen allowance @Rs.80/Per day and washing allowance @Rs.45/Per day, Welfare allowance @Rs.60/Per day and Transport allowance @Rs.60/per day. (iv)The premium of Natural death insurance @Rs.1500/per year/per person and Accidental death insurance @Rs.350/per year/per person will be will be reimbursed to the Agency as per actualon production of supporting documents . (iv)GST as applicable will be paid by PPA. (v)Personal protective Equipments (PPEs) as applicable shall be given to the worker will be reimbursed by PPA as per actual.

Earth work in slushy soil (in water upto 0.6m depth requiring the aid of pans and vessels) within 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift and the Earth transported by transport vehicles with supply of all material labour transporation , taxes , tollage , royalties etc all complete but excluding GST as directed by EIC. as per the direction approved by the EIC.
