The surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Supplying, hold fast of M.S flats of over all size of 330x50x6mm suitably folded to the required L shape have two end of lap of 50mm long each and overall length of the horizontal portion as 230mm & including making necessary grooves in two end laps to accomadate screws etc., complete.

Supplying and Fixing of Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) door with solid door frames extruded with size 75mmX50mm. The Inner core made of rigid WPC compound with minimum shore hardness of 55, and Buld Density 750Kg/cub.Mt. The frame shall be fixed to the wall using 10X10mm long MS screw throught the frame by using PVC fasteners. A minimum of 4nos screww to be provided for each vertical members,Door shutter of 25mm thick Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) single core Extruded Door Shutter, with one side digital printing of Specified Design which is approved by engineer-In-Charge. Both side of the shutter shall have rough sugar texture finish, aminated with UV oil. The solid WPC board shall have minimum shore hardness of 55 and Bulk density 550Kg/Cub.Mt moulding the thickness remains 25mm(+/-1mm) etc complete as per the direction of the departmental officers.
UPVC Window Specification:Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss.
