Dewatering on BHP basis by using water pump including diversion of stream, providing cofferdams, earthern bunds etc. as may be necessary for foundation and other parts of the the works and pumping out water during and after excavation as may be required by using 3.0 BHP pump etc. complete. (prior approval of Superintending Engineer will be necessary)
Dewatering desilting of historical stepwell/ tank / fort/ moat etc… as a scientific clearance of debris and all type of sand gravel or black soil, soft murum, etc… including removing the excavated materials upto distance 50M beyond the structure area and all lifts stacking and spreading as directed by site in - charge dewatering, shoring, structing and cleaning the bed and necessary back filling ramming, watering, etc... complete.
Providing and fixing Jute Kantan (Tarat) screen to the scaffold-ing for external guniting as directed including removing the same after the work is over etc. complete.
Cutting down trees including trunks and branches with girths above 30cm to 60cm and stacking the materials neatly with all lifts and lead of 1000m as directed and earth filling in the depression / pit if any.
Removing grass, gazer grass and disposing off out of building premises including making clean the ground by shovel and phavaras etc. complete.
Numbering the monument elements in proper order before starting the actual work by finding the stones laying on grouynd, with reference to the exisitng drawings; with approved colours and shades as directedd by engineer - in - charge, including ladder , scaffolding, etc. complete
Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. Providing Un-coursed Rubble Masonry of trap / granite stones in lime mortar 1:1½, in foundation and plinth as per detailed specifications and drawings or as directed including the stones to be set in the work as received from the quarry, after merely knocking off weak corners and edges with the masons hammer, the stones shall be carefully laid so as to break joints, no joint shall exceed 12.5 mm. (½″) in thickness, every stone shall be set flush in mortar, the face stone shall be for greater size, and good beds, one through stone shall be inserted at least every 0.80 sq. mete (1 square yard), the joints shall be racked out carefully at least 25 mm. (1″) where pointing or plastering to be done, striking joints where no pointing or plastering is to be done, preparing the lime mortar in lime miller, bailing out water, watering and all exposed masonry work when handed over to be perfectly clean and free from all mortar stains etc. complete.
Gently cleaning the surface of stone masonryand piers with specialized water misting techniques employing air water jet using a fine nozzle sprinkling system calibrated to spray fine mist along the stone surface without over wetting followed up by gentle brushing with soft nylon brushes and removing dirt, dust, bird dropping, grease, oil, algae, fungus, monkey beats, vegetable growth etc.as specified. Gentle surface cleaning may include using water misting and mild pH balanced surfactants as specified for indicated areas to remove the surfce dirt, grit accretions by means of water misting and cleaning etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.(The rate is inclusive of all materials & labours involved except scaffolding).

Providing/Re-setting Ashlar Rough-tooled Stone Steps of reuse-stones in lime mortar 1:1½ as per detailed specifications and drawings or as directed including each stone shall rest at least 3.8 cm. (1½″) on that below it, the beds or joints being in no case more than 3 mm. (⅛″), preparing the lime mortar in lime miller, watering and all steps work when handed over to be perfectly clean and free from all mortar stains etc. complete.

(1½″) on that below it, the beds or joints being in no case more than 3 mm. (⅛″), preparing the lime mortar in lime miller, watering and all steps work when handed over to be perfectly clean and free from all mortar stains etc. complete.
Providing Lime Pointing to stone work in lime mortar 1:1 in plinth, as per detailed specifications and drawings or as directed including all face or visible work shall be pointed, unless otherwise specified and shall be done while the mortar is fresh, the mortar shall consists of lime and fine sand shall not be ground fine but sand should be finer, the joints of the pointed work shall be neatly defined by the pointing, the lines shall be regular and uniform in breadth and the joints shall be raised or flat as may directed, preparing the lime mortar with 640 gram pulp of wood apple (Belfruit) per cubic metre of lime mortar as a bonding material, watering and all work when handed over to be perfectly clean and free from all mortar stains etc. complete
Providing Ashlar Rough-tooled Masonry of trap / granite stones in lime mortar 1:1½ with size of stone 45 cm. x 30 cm. x 23 cm. in superstructure as per detailed specifications and drawings or as including the stones be of approved quality, colour, hard and free from defect of any kind, the faces exposed to view shall have fine dressed chisel draft, 25 mm. (1″) wide all around the edges and rough tooled between the drafts, and on all beds or joints, which shall not exceed 6 mm. (¼″), the stones shall be set in mortar, the stone shall be laid in regular course not less than 30 cm. (12″) in height averaging 4½ c. ft., the face stone shall be laid header and stretcher alternately, preparing the lime mortar in lime miller, scaffolding, watering and all masonry work when handed over to be perfectly clean and free from all mortar stains etc. complete.
Providing Rectangular Coping Cut-stone Second Sort, 20 cm. height and 52.5 cm. wide of trap / granite stones in lime mortar 1:1½, size of stone is 45 cm. x 45 cm. x 30 cm. as per detailed specifications and drawings or as directed including the stones be of approved quality, colour, hard and free from defect of any kind, the stone shall be dressed full or to template, exposed face of the stones shall be rough-tooled and all joints shall be in line and close and not more than 3 mm. thick, preparing the lime mortar in lime miller, scaffolding, watering and all coping work when handed over to be perfectly clean and free from all mortar stains etc. complete.
Providing and laying cast in situ 1:1:4 Lime Concrete of broken brick metal for coping or waterproofing as per detailed specifications and drawings or as directed including centring, formwork, laying/pumping, compacting, roughening them if special finish is to be provided, finishing if required, with fine aggregate, preparing the lime mortar in lime miller and then mixing with coursed aggregate or surkhi in drum mixer, the concrete must be bitten for two days with pouring water as per specifications, scaffolding, watering and all concrete work when handed over to be perfectly clean and free from all mortar stains, etc. complete.
Providing and fixing Stone Paving, Second Sort in lime mortar 1:1½, with size of stone45 cm. x 30 cm. x 15 cm., as per detailed specifications and drawings or as directed including all stone slabs to of approved quality, hard, even, sound, durable and uniform thickness, the stones to be not finely chisel-dressed on the surface and the course to be of prescribed width, true for top 25 mm. (1″), the joints running true, the stones to be laid with joints not exceeding 8 mm. (5/16″) thick and to be evenly and firmly bedded flush in mortar on the concrete and no hollow left, side to be dressed true and as per shape at least half the depth from the face, preparing the lime mortar in lime miller, watering and all paving work when handed over to be perfectly clean and free from all mortar stains etc. complete.

Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised informatory sign board rectangular/Square in shape having area less than 0.9 One Square Meterr made out of mm aluminum sheet bonded with white retro reflective sheeting of Class ( Type IV High intensity micro-prismatic grade sheeting-HIP) having pressure sensitive/heat activated adhesive retoreflective specified back ground, border and back side retoreflctive symbols, letters, numerals, arrow as per IRC:67-2012 Table No 8.3, supported with back support frame 25mm x 25mm x 3mm, duly painted on back side with two coats of grey stove enamel paint and supported on one no. mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm, 3.5 mt long firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing The angle iron post shall be duly painted with one coat of epoxy primer and two coats of epoxy finish paints having alternate black and white bands of 25 cm width including GI fixures and transportation etc.complete.The nut bolts of board with angle iron post/supporting structure after fixing at site has to be electrically welded.
