Supply and installation of SIM based 4G Solar PTZ camera with 256 GB Memory card along with 15 feet or above GI pole with pole mount bracket along with clamps etc (Detailed specification attached) to provide a strong concrete foundation in multiple locations (as per proposed location chart attached) in between RAIR-JSGR Station. NOTE: Material to be installed as per scope of installation at proposed location chart included in the tender document.

Bidders to submit product catalogue/ technical data sheet of offered product along with Bid for technical evaluation of offer. Failing submission of above document leads to rejection of firm's offer without any back reference & the firm shall be responsible for the same.

Railway reserves the right to procure the Tendered item from the OEM/Manufacturer or their authorized dealers/agents.The authorized Dealer/Agent should submit tender specific authorization from the OEM/Manufacturer along with the bid.

The bidder should submit the satisfactory past performance credentials of supplying same/Similar item (Similar means goods/items of relevant category) to any zonal railways /production units etc within last 05 (five) Financial Year and current Financial Year up to the date of tender opening. Only such offers shall be eligible for placement of order. The bidder should submit documentary proof i.e R-Note, Inspection certificate along with Supplied PO, CRN/ CRAC of GeM Contract etc in support of their claim of credentials /past performance along with offer. If the bidder submits only the PO copies, then railway reserves the right to verify the performance against such PO from the IMMS database. Only if satisfactory performance is found against such completed PO then only the performance shall be considered as eligible.

The bidder should go through the Tender Documents consisting of Instructions toTenderers, General Tender Conditions and Special Conditions of Tender, and agree &confirm to abide by the Instructions to tenders, General Tender Conditions, IRSconditions of Contract and Special Conditions of Tender.

The bidder should agree to supply the tendered stores at the rates quoted by him inaccordance with the IRS conditions of Contract and [or] Special Conditions and [or]other Conditions specified/attached with the tender.

FOR Destination door delivery basis. No other FOR condition will be applicable.

Warranty as per IRS Conditions of contract is applicable.
