S&F factory made pressed steel frames of size 125x60mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc, made out of mild steel sheet of 1.25 mm thickness, complete as specified & as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade at the rate of 1.20 Kg per sqm including cleaning surfaces, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for joint free non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular), polished, coloured (light shade as approved), area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for heavy duty exterior grade tiles (coloured) 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed. Make : ‘Endura’ of Johnson or equivalent of Kajaria / Asian Granito India Ltd (AGL Tiles) / Somany / Orient Bell Limited.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) 7mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm (i.e 450mm x 300mm or as directed), on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering (as screed bed) in cement & sand mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for joint free non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering (as screed bed) in cement & sand mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note :- Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid with an outward slope of 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 4 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3).

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in two layer on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls consisting of 1st layer of 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 and 2nd layer (setting coat or top layer) of 5 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, 2nd layer mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished fair & even, complete, all as specified and directed. Note : - Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer over & including 3mm thick white wall care putty complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint of approved shade/tint complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of plastered/unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of weather proof acrylic emulsion paint (exterior grade) of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china one piece EWC with duroplast soft close seat cover and twin flush fittings, coloured, floor mounted, ‘S’ Trap 300 mm, including connection to drain (or outgoing pipe), anti-sypohonage pipe etc, with & including necessary fittings, complete all as specified & as directed. Make : ‘CRUISER (Cat No. S1013137)’ of CERA or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix 'B' here-in-after.

S&F in repairs vitreous china wall hung wash basin with half pedestal, size 630 x 450 x 205 mm, white, flat back, with & including a pair of cast iron brackets embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 blocks of size 10x7.5x15cm, 32 mm dia PVC waste pipe and 32mm bore chromium plated brass waste fitting with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, flange end bedded in red lead cement & other end fixed, (excluding tap, waste chain & plug), complete all as specified & as directed. Make : ‘CONCORD {Cat No. S2040112 (Wash basin) & S2090120 (Half Pedestal)}’ of CERA or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix 'B' here-in-after.
