Operation and Maintenance of HVAC Plant system ( Chiller 3 x 175 TR Cooling Tower, TFA Unit, Primary Pumps, Secondary Pumps, Condenser Pumps and low side Equipments such as AHU & CSU) including keeping log books, recording temperature and other readings, consumption etc.,(HVAC repairs and providing spares is not included in the scope) in Amma Maligai , Ripon Annex Building for a period of 12 months with trained technical Man Power as per specification

Operation and Maintenance of Fire fighting System includes Wet riser pump, External hydrant pump, Jockey pump, DG set, Fire alarm control panel, various sensors like smoke and heat. (Fire fighting System repairs and providing spares is not included in the scope) in Amma Maligai , Ripon Annex Building for a period of 12 months with trained technical Man Power as per specification
