M & L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall/roof projection including facia,cornices etc by scraping with mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean,free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement Including taking down cement or lime plaster any description on brick or stne walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.Complete all as specified as directed.

M&L for Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification. Two or more coats over prepared surfaces over 2 mm thick Birla/JK wall care putty in two coats ( i.e. 1+1mm putty) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of old decorated or unpastered surfaces of ceiling including cornices etc and aplying one coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old wooden painted surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint .complete all as specifid and directed.
