Providing and Supplying ISI mark DI S&S pipes (push on joints pressure pipes of D.I of following class and diameters conforming to the I.S. Specification inclusive cost of jointing materials (Rubber gasket of EPDM Quality) include all taxes and duties,Education cess,VAT,Third party inspection charges of Agency approved by DWSD Jharkhand including Transit insurance, Railway Freight, Unloading from railway wagon, loading into truck, Transportation to Departmental store/ Site of work, unloding, stacking etc.completed as directed by Engineer -in-charge(IS 1536/2001 for pipes and IS 158/1969 and IS 12820/1989 or latest edition/ revision with amendments for Rubber Gasket.( with carriage 450 KM)(M1026)

D.I. K-7 - 300 MM (Distribution Pipeleine ) ( 30% of total pipes i.e.,11 nos. D.I. Pipes with length 5.5 m each)

All type of Ductile Iron (DI) specials (viz Bend, Tee, Taper, Tail Piece etc.) size conforming to IS specification nos 9523/2000 with cement morter lining (insde) and bituminous coating (outside) (25% of payment will be held up till successfull hydraulic testing (5% of pipe cost)

Earth work in excavation (as per IS 3114/1965) for laying of different sizes of DI K-7 pipes so as to give one meter average cover over the socket of pipe with disposal of excavated earth with initial lead of 50m and initial lift of 1.50m and all complete as per specification and direction of E/I. Classification of soil item A&B

Lowering, laying and jointing with SBR rubber gasket CI, S/S pipes/D.I. K-7/ D.I. Filling available excavated earth (excluded rock) in treches, plinth sides of foudnation etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth consoliding each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m all complete job.(80% of excavation Qty)

cutting and champhering of pipes & specials of following diameters including cost of all materials and labour involved, etc. complete as directed by E/I.( for all class of pipes)(3.1.43)

supplying labours, tools and tackles for hydraulic testing of laid pipe upto 60M head of water all complete as per specification and direction of E/I. (water to be supplied free of cost departmentlally)
