Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (three point fifteen millimeter) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30×30×5mm (thirty into thirty into five millimeter) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etcetera with wooden battens and ballies upto any height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling upto any height and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced cement concrete and plain concrete work as per HPPWD specifications in foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 ( One cement : four coarse sand : eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty milimetre) nominal size)mechaniclly mixed and curing complete excluding cost of form work upto all work plinth level including carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge and other incidental. Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 ( seven point five) in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six coarse sand) including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge and carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, good service tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

15mm (fifteen millimetre) cement plaster in Cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : Six sand) single coat on the rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto all floor level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 30cm (thirty centimetre) in girth and finished even and sand papered smooth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts. including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental. Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work approved make i.e.TATA/JINDALSail, Tisco Shyam Steel, including cutting ,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in gratings framed guard bars, ladders, railling, brackets and similar works complete upto all heights all floor as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Structural Steel work (Tata/Sail/Shyam Steel) Tisco, Jindal Panther of (JSPL) in single section fixed with or without connecting Plate, including cutting, hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint complete in all respect in trusses and trussed purlins in buildings upto all heights in all floor level as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm (zero point ninety liter per ten square meter) over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm (zero point eighty liter per ten square meter) of approved brand and manufacture ICI (Dulux Gloss) Nerolac, Berger (Luxol High Gloss) Asian Paints (Premium Apcolite Glosss) Shalimar upto all heights in all floor level as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials .
