SUPPLY OF COPIER PAPER UNDER LEKHAK OR ANY OTHER BRAND OF MSIL

Only the manufacturers or their authorized suppliers/channel partners involved in supply of Paper/Copier papers for a minimum of 5 years are eligible to participate in this tender. Experience will be counted as on last date for submission of bids against this tender. The Notebook convertors with the required infrastructure will also be treated as traders and are required to produce an authorization letter from the manufacturer.

The Manufacturer of Paper must be of A Grade with integrated pulp and paper mills having a minimum annual production capacity of 4,00,000 MTs per annum. Declaration from the OEM must be uploaded in this regard.

The Bidder must agree for supply of Copier papers under the brand name of Lekhak or any other brand of MSIL.

The bidding company should be a profit-making company for the last 3 financial years

The Bidder should furnish two Reams of samples of each variety on or before the date of opening of the technical bid.

The manufacturer must be ISO certified under relevant clause

The Bidder should not have been blacklisted by Govt. of any state of India or Govt. of India.

The applicant firm/Company must have a valid GST registration and must have filed up to date GST returns without any default

The Bidder should have achieved an average annual turnover of at least Rs. 5 Crore in supply of Paper/Copier paper during the last three financial years (2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26). In case if accounts finalization is not done yet for FY 2025-26, provisional statements or turnover certificate issued by CA will be considered.
