Complete APP membrane (in roof/parapet surfaces) shall be laid over and including a coat of cold applied bituminous primer confirming to IS:3384 @ 0.40 Kg per Sqm, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning loose concrete if any all around reinforcement including from behind the reinforcing bars to give an average 10 mm thick (but not less than 10 mm clear air gap) and cleaning reinforcement of total rust using alkaline rust remover with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washed with water and allowing it to dry complete all as specified and as directed. Note : - (i) Length of reinforcement bars any dia cleaned of rust all around will be measured for payment. (ii) Thickness will be measured excluding plaster.

(v) 15 mm dia bore G. I. medium grade pipe for protection of earth wire. (vi) Cement concrete chamber of PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate. The chamber shall be constructed one metre away from edge of earth pit.

(vii) 50 mm thick precast cover of reinforced cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with steel rainforcement 8 mm dia mild steel TMT bar @ 10 Cm c/c both ways and MS angle iron 50x50x6mm frame including two coats of painting over a coat of red oxide to exposed steel surfaces with suitable handle to lift the cover. (viii) Excavation in soft/loose soil, returning filling & removal of surplus soil to a distance of 50 m as directed. Note :- GI Wire & Protection pipe beyond 7.5 Mtr shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Sch 'A'.

Taking out the electric geyser of capacity 25 Ltrs Ltrs carefully from its installed position by disconneting inlet and outlet water pipes, dismantling the unit and replacing the defective Parts and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint and witing MES Number .and safely keeping a side & refixing in its original position after completion of civil work and reconnecting the inlet/outlet water pipes and testing on completion complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE:- The spare parts required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Supply only the following items suitable for electric geyser of capacity 25 Liters:-

Heating element 1.5 / 2 kW ISI marked including rubber gasket as per existing type.
