Rendering 15mm thick in Cement and Sand mortar 1:4 over fair faces of brick / concrete ,finished even and smooth without using extra cement, necessary scaffolding & safety arrangement for plaster upto & including 4 storey building, including taking down cement plaster complete all as specified.

Rendering 10mm thick in Cement and Sand mortar 1:6 over fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces ,finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including taking down cement plaster complete all as specified.

Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surfaces as in ceilings , finished fair and smooth, necessary scaffolding & safety arrangement for plaster including taking down cement plaster complete all as specified.

Three coats of white wash on ceiling surfaces including preparation of new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper in approved tint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new surfacs and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Applying wall care putty 1mm thick, on new plastered wall surfaces & smoothening the surfaces with sand papers etc., (preparatory to OBD/ plastic emulsion/ interior/ exterior emulsion paint as directed) complete all as specified.

Repair to RCC sunshades, chajjas, balconies, coloumns, bands, beams and similar RCC work at any position / height by dismantling loose / disintegrated portion including necessary scafolding and safety arrangements and fixing of reinforcement (cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. or securing with clips)/ chicken wire mesh wherever required and dubbing out with cement concrete 1:1.5:3, 15mm to 50mm thick, using 6 to 12mm graded stone aggregate to make up and finished the required shape including provision of necessary scaffolding and formwork up to four storey bldg if required and finished with 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : Supply only reinforcement and GI wire netting will be measured and paid separately under respective items)

Supply only GI wire netting 0.90mm dia and 12mm mesh lathing to wood or metal studding, joists, etc. in walls, ceilings, stanchions, beams, etc. including all laps, cutting and waste complete all as specfied and directed

Supply only high strength deformed bar TMT bars 8mm dia and over, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old existing plastered / unplastered surface including complete removal of existing treatment by using wire/ mechanical grinder, washing rubbin down and stopping of distempered or painted surface and applying one coat of exterior emulsion paint in approved tint over one coat of exterior wall primer (all as per manufactures instructions) with and including necessary scafolding and safety arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

Water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive excellent dirt pickup resistance with low VOC less than 50, Antifungal / Anti Algai properties in two coats @ 1.79 litre (undiluted) / 10 Sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer's instruction applied over primed surface with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum 1 litre per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in between subsequent coats of paint complete all as specified and directed. Note : The work for periodical services shall include the following and the rates quoted by the bidders shall include the same :- (a) The work pertaining to periodical services shall be executed by the contractor as per MoU from authorised applicator through manufacturer of the materials like Exterior Emulsion paint, putty etc after approval by the GE. (b) The Contractor shall upload with the documents under cover I "Memoradum of Understanding" (MOU) with at least one of the manufacturers mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall be laible to be rejected. (c) Use of Scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures. (d) Removing of Nails, making good holes, cracks etc and preparation of surfaces. (e) Work in patches and in narrow / widths, bands, cornices, pilasters etc and cutting in edge of line where necessary. (f) Spreading and removing covering to doors, windows, floors, fittings etc to protect them from splashes. (g) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery , electric fittings , wirings etc. Drops and splashes of paint to be cleaned to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (h) Sample patch of 10Sqm be prepared considering all the items of periodical and shall be got approved from GE prior to carrying out further work.

Applying self adhesive waterproof texture paint with 100% acrylic latex resin over and including wall care putty as per manufacturer's instructions to walls/ ceiling/ chajjas/ roof projections in patches including complete removal of existing paint complete all as specified and directed.
