Supply and erection of steel tubular poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 9 metre long including taking down the old unserviceable LT steel tubular pole complete all as specified and directed

Supply and erection of pre-stressed concrete pole in vertical position 9 meter long 102mm X 172mm at top and 102mm X 279mm at bottom class-10 confirming to IS-1678 and including marking alternate white and black strips 30cm height with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer including taking down the old unserviceable LT PCC pole complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr depth for laying of cables/poles or foundation etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed

All as per Srl item No.4 above but depth exceeding 1.5 mtrs and not exc 3.00 mtrs

Returning, filling, including spreeding leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm apart complete all as specified and directed

Removing of surplus excavated soil to distance not exceeding 50 Mtr from starting point and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtrs above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

M&L for sand cushioning with a layer of sand 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick after laying of cable to trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Punned thickness shall be measured and paid

Supplying and laying of brick sub class'B' laid dry in trenches over the cable adjoining each other widthwise for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation of PCC poles/ struts, etc. including form work complete all as specified and directed

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation of stay assy/ pole etc, including form work complete in all as specified and directed

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) for coping/plinth of poles, including necessary form work finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed

S&F GI wire 4mm dia (8 SWG) stretching and fixing on pole for continious earth conductor, Guard wire 3.2 mm (10 SWG) for cradle (Hexagonal/rectangular) including binding wire for LT/HT OH conductor including dismantling of earth wire conductor service feeder or distributor span complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement stay assembly complete with accessories shown in electrical plate No 1 with stay rod of 16 mm dia including loop insulator suitable for 1.1 KV (size 65x90 mm) with clearance of hole 16 mm and MS stay plate size 230mm x 230mm x 6mm, stay clamps etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement galvanised stay strand 7/3.15 mm or 7/4.00 mm size with minimum tensile strength of 700 N/Sqmm and conforming to IS : 2141-1979 complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement pin type, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including Galvanised Mild Steel spindle, two Galvanised iron washers and one GI nut 100 mm height , 65 mm dia suitable for 1100 Volt working pressure grade (LT) complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement shackle type porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including Galvanised Mild Steel straps, washers, suitable bolts, washers and nuts of size 100 mm height, 115 mm dia for 1100 volts working pressure grade complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement danger notice plate 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, viterous enamelled white, with letters , figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for LT of size 20cmx15 cm complete all as specified and directed

Supply only electric hand gloves rubber suitable for 11 KV line complete all as specified.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing cable XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 150 Sqmm, 3.5core including taking down old unserviceable LT under ground cable any type/any size from trenches including necessary excavation and returning filling complete all as specified and as directed

All as per Srl item No. 24 above but of size 95 sqmm, 3.5 core -ditto-

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground levels with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by mixture of charcoal & common salt & electrode connected to and including galvanized earth lead 4.0 mm dia as earthing lead by means of bolt, nuts, check-nuts and washers of galvanized iron and GI protection pipe light grade 15mm dia connected to earth point , GI pipe light grade 20mm dia for watering funnel with wire mesh all as specified and indicated in Electric plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 connected to panel/Pole including excavation earth work concrete pit with 50mm thick RCC cover in RCC 1:2:4 type B1 duly reinforced with MS bar 6mm dia @150C/C both ways and pit chamber in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 with 2 Nos suitable lifting handles of 12mm MS bar and extra length of upto 7.5 meter connected to panel board complete all as specified and as directed.” Note : If the desired earth resistance is not found, earthing shall be redone by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.

M&L for checking of Thyristor based APFC panel of any size and any capacity with minimum requirement of material like relay, contactor all as per site requirement complete all as directed. (Note : Quoted rates shall be deemed to include opening of panel accessories and taking the defective items to the approved workshop for relay adjustment with reference to variable capactior acoording to load requirement, entire APFC panel should be capable of capable of improvement of PF upto 0.995 on the average of monthly consumption, at the different loads of Pump set and during the off load entire installation even at No Load.

M&L for checking of APFC panel of any size and any capacity with minimum requirement of material like relay, contactor all as per site requirement complete all as directed. (Note : Quoted rates shall be deemed to include opening of panel accessories and taking the defective items to the approved workshop for relay adjustment with reference to variable capactior acoording to load requirement, entire APFC panel should be capable of capable of improvement of PF upto 0.995 on the average of monthly consumption, at the different loads of Pump set and during the off load entire installation even at No Load.
