Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete as per HPPWD specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering (two coats) with synthetic/acrylic washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing second class deodar wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory, windows and other frames wrought, framed and fixed in position as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick flush door shutters including black enamelled M.S. butt hinges core of black board construction with frame of first class hard wood and well matched firtst class Indian teak ply veneering with vertical grains of cross band and face vaneers on one face and commercial ply veneering with vertical grains of cross band on other face of shutters as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 metres lead as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Removal of serviceable glassof any description except polished plate from old woodor metal frames etc. (any hickness or size) racking outold putty etc. including risk and making good breakages intaking out and handling including stacking within a lead of 20 Meters.

Supplying and fixing glass panes with putty and nails including removal of broken glass panes wherever necessary:-Plain Glass: 4mm thick.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including prepering the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil,grease,dirt and other foreign matter) sand papering and knotting readymixed paint brushing wood primer pink including applying a priming coat of red lead paint as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces,with enamel paint,brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

White glazed tiles required shade tiles thick of 30 centimetre x 45 centimetre (thirty centimetre into forty five centimetre ) size in skirting, risers of steps and dado over 12mm (Twelve milimetre) thick cement mortar 1:3 (One cement isto Three Sand) and jointed with cement slurry and as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and fixing 10mm thick antiskid water proof stain and impect resistent heavy duty vetrified tiles Nitco or equivalant 300x300mmx10mm manufactured of approved shade and colour in flooring, treads of steps and landings laid over 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete.including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing aluminum sliding door bolt anodized transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with bolts and nuts screws etc. complete for all floors, including carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.250×16mm (Two hundred fifty into sixteen millimeter)

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts (barrel type) anodized trans parent or dyed to required shade and colour with screws etc. complete, including carriage of materials , labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge 150×10mm (Two hundred into ten millimeter)

Providing and fixing aluminium handles anodized transparent or dyed to required colour & shade with necessary screws etc. complete for all floors, including carriage of materials , labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.100mm. (One hundred millimeter)

Providing, supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of Hot & Cold (Cooling & Heating) Air-Conditioning System 1.5 ton complete with indoor & outdoor units, refrigerant piping, insulation, electrical work, drain piping, mounting accessories and all other items required for proper and satisfactory operation, as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing ang fixing vitreous china dual purpose closet suitable for use as squatting pan or European type water closet (Anglo Indian W.C pan) with seat & lid fixed with C.P. brass hinges and rubber buffers, 10 litre low level flushing cistern with fitting and brackets, 40 mm flush bend, 20 mm over flow pipe, with specials of standard make and mosquito proof coupling of approved municipal design complete, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required:White vitreous china dual purpose WC pan with white solid plastic seat and lid with white vitreous china flushing cistern and C.P. flush bend including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD., specifications of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles 16 mm thick full body exterrior grade with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with resin grouting with resin ( to be paid sepretly) etc., complete including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
