S&F 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination fixed with nails to timber frame work on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 9 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination fixed with nails to timber frame work on ceiling complete all as specified and directed Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling timber scantlings as in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in framed work, in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Plain fillets of second class hard wood, sectional area exceeding 13 Sqcm but not exceeding 25 Sqcm in square, rectangular or traingular in section, clean sawn secured with nails or brads complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Plain fillets of second class hard wood, sectional area exceeding 3 Sqcm but not exceeding 6 Sqcm in square, rectangular or traingular in section, clean sawn secured with nails or brads complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of specified colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof overing/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 0.63mm thick, galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers as in roofs, walls etc, with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with 'L' or 'J' hooks in roof, wall etc

Taking down Chowkhats or frames exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc. 4 sq. m each (without taking off shutters from the frames)complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) not exc 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1 sqm and n.exc 2 sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints in 2nd Class hard wood complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in repair for 30mm thick of 2nd class softwood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. devided in squares in plain, chamfered or rounded. mittered and rebated with sash bars and providing in windows, ventilators and stiles and rails etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair of aluminium anodized door stoper white size 40mmx40mm and 2mm thick dia 150mm having rubber bash 25mm long at end the sheet/fixed to door shutter with steel cadmium places screw fixed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 25mm dia curtain rod including wooden ornamental/decorative bracket and end cap as sample approved by GE.

S&F 3 mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new wooden surface of any descriptiony , not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads area exc 1.5 sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 4.8mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality in squares exc 0.5 sq.m in each pane glazing with beads or oil putty complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of floor hearth and wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing serviceable like to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles including laid over screed bed of 15mm thick of cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300x 200x 7mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick such as skirting dado, etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shed of tile including laid over 10mm thick backing layer of cement mortar (1:4)

M&L for 20 mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:4 as in floors including finished even for laying floor finishes.

Demolition of PCC (un-reinforced) in ground floors & pavings n.exc 15 CM thickness below or above ground level, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, flooring and surface finished rough all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm PCC cement concrete, type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) finishing concrete surface evan and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 50mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in plinth protection, path, floors & paving including provision of necessary form work finishing the exposed surface even and smooth complete all as specified.

M&L for glass dividing strips, 3 mm thick and 28mm wide fixed as per required design and pattern.

M&L for chequered cement concrte tile 25x25x25mm/ 30x30x25 mm thick with grey cement and pigment confirming jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair venetian blings curtain including channel assemly complete etc of any pattern all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L laminated wooden flooring of plank size 1200mm x200mm and 8mm thick with dove tailed joint laid over 2mm thick thermacol over 150 micron polythene film with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note:-The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 40,150.00 and any other reduction if any from quoted amount.
