Cleaning of Roof gutter including water outgoing holes at any height of bldg, work shop and hangers and removing the materials leaves, vegitation mud or other waste materials to distance n exc 50m, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note for item No.1 to 75:- All safety gear's required shall be provided to workers and contractor is solely responsible for any lapses/mishapenings.

Cutting /removing of plants and grass growth on bldg's roofs, upto plant root, chajjas and edges on bldgs,work shop, hangers (at any floor and any height) including spreading chemicals at plant roots area and finished the damaged area with PCC 1:2:4/ Cement plaster in CM 1:4 as required and remove the waste to distance n exc 50m, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of RCC roof sorrounding area mud, tree leaves etc including water outgoing holes at any height of bldg, removing the materials (sludge) to distance n exc 50m, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of drains by excavating of the filled earth. Vegetation and all forged material average width 45 cm & depth 50cm and removing the excavated material to a distance exc. 50m and not exc. 250m complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down existing roof treatment of tarfelt or of any decription completely as directed and removing the debris to a distance exc 250m and n.exc. 500m and depositing where directed

Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sqm on roof surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm grade stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs,mud stops,rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for cement screed/rendering 10mm thick in C.M (1:3) over roof slab including parapets inverted beams etc. mixed with water proofing compound, rendering all as specified and directed (WPC shall be measured and paid separately and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed by Engr-in- charge.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.5Kgs/Sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) over a coat of hot bitumen 85/25 grade applied @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm after priming the surface with bitumenious emulsion (tack coat) @ 100 gms/sqm with 10 cm overlap of the membrane to be provided duly fused uniformly by LPG torch flame complete all as directed .

M&L for preparation of surface and applying one coat of aluminium paint @ 100 ml/sqm over APP membrane all as specified and directed.

S&F 20mm thick hydraulically pressed cement tiles laid over 15mm thick cement screed bed 1:6 mixed with water proofing compound and jointed and pointed with CM 1:3 mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L Pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated /trepezoidal steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of existing AC sheets complete all as specified and directed..

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality) from wooden frames and supply and fixing sheet glass 4mm thick, ordinary quality area n exc. 0.50 Sqm in each pane, glazing with putty/ wooden beads, complete all as directed.

Hacking out the old broken glass (any thickness, size) from steel frame glazed with oil putty or fixed with beads and supply and fix pin headed glass of 4mm thick fixed with oil putty and clips in squares not exceeding 0.50 Sqm in each, complete all as directed.
