Supply and install, commissioning, testing of Ring Main unit one incoming two outgoing 11KV, Three phase, 50 Hz, three wire SF6 gas insulated confirming to IEC 67221/IEC 60694 outdoor type earthed neutral, extensible breaking capacity 21 KA IP 54 degree protection, free standing metal clad comprising of following :- (a) 11 KV 630 AMP 21 KA SF6 GAS INSULATED WITH MOTERIZED RMU 1- Nos INCOMING LOAD BREAK SWITCH & 2 Nos OUTGOING VCB PANEL with self-actuating electronic over current relay live cable indicator, emergency trip, push button and internal fault passage indicator with remote indication contacts, external flasher and current reading facility with LCD dispaly. Note :- (i) The Ring main unit must be with three position device (ON/OFF/EARTH). (ii) The cable doors must be interlocked with earth switch to ensure that cable compartment can be accessed only when switch is in earthed position.

M&L for XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 11000 Volts grade (earthed) with aluminium conductor 3 core 95 sqmm ISI marked laid in trenches, duct, through pipe, under floor, on pole including jointing and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for laying cable etc n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material/surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 50m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling river sand in trenches including spreading for cushioning of HT UG cable complete all as specified and as dirceted. Note : Punned down thickness shall be measured and paid .

Supply and laying of PCC cable cover class HV type 1, with flat of size 300mmx180mmx40mm complete all as specified and as dirceted.

Supply & Installation of Maintenance Free Earthing System consisting of a Copper bonded steel rod shall have 17.2 mm dia. & min. 10 feet length as per UL 467. The material shall have low carbon, high tensile steel molecularly bonded with 99.99% pure electrolytic grade copper thickness of minimum 250 microns with an exothermically welded Cu Busbar of (50X6X200mm) both tested by CPRI at 25 kA Fault Current carrying capacity. Copper Bonded Rod shall be UL listed. The manufacturer shall be RDSO approved to ensure the manufacturing capacity & capability along with the quality of the earthing rod. Along with a sealed bag of minimum 30 kg (10 kg Bag x 3) RoHS tested Earth Enhancement Compound tested by NABL accredited lab in compliance to IEC 62561-7 with a resistivity of not more than 0.12 ohm-m. It shall be a carbon based material and shall be free from bentonite and other hazardous substances. It shall be a permanent, non-corrosive material and will not leach any chemicals into the ground. It shall retain moisture even in high soil resistivity areas. It shall lower an earth resistance value and shall offer a constant desirable performance. Including an Earth Pit cover shall be made of Poly plastic tested at 7.5 ton load for closing of earth complete all as specified and as dirceted.

M&L for Danger notice plate of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm size with 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts complete fixing complete all as specified and as dirceted.

S&F Earth conitnuity Copper clad steel conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or reccess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to pole or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 8 mm dia after taking down the old one any type complete all as specified and as dirceted.

S&F tubes "light grade" galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in trenches of size 80 mm dia for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing masonary plateform of size 3m x 3m (out to out dimension) and 1.2 mtr high above normal ground level for placing RMU of any capacity at the top of platfrom XPM netting will be fixed upto 1.2 mtr height by providing MS angle iron posts of size 65 x 65 x 6mm duly grouted in PCC including provision of two hinged doors for opening from front side and locking arrangement with sliding door bolts and pad locks complete XPM netting with steel angle iron items will be painted with two coats of sythetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer (shade of colour will be suggested at site). Foundation of platform will be prepared in 15 cm thick PCC 1:4:8 using 40mm graded stone aggregate at the depth of 30cm below normal level. Brick work will be carried out in old size burnt bricks in CM 1:4 top of platform will be prepared with 15 cm thick PCC 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate. Plastering will be carried out on exposed surfaces of complete platform with 15mm thick CM 1:4 including all connected works such as excavation in any type of soil, levelling, refilling and removing surplus soil complete all as specified and as dirceted.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV (E) grade cable for type indoor termination jointing and testing of heat shrink type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Al conductor cables of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.
