Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) requiring the use of spacial T&P such as pick axas, sabbals etc. including lift upto 1.5 meter (5 fts.) and lead upto 30 m (100 fts) & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the tranches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in- charge upto a distance of 30 m (100 fts) from the foundation trenches.

Cartage of surplus earth upto 5 km distance

Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:4:8(1 cement : 4 soarce sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete, including cost of form-work, in foundation and floors.

Earth work in cutting or in Filling in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 1/2 metre (20") in depth and earthwork in embankment to be in 20 cm(8") layers, including ramming & dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5 metre (5fts) lifts and 30 m. (100') lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making filling or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30 metres (100 fts) distance as directed by Engineer-in- charge.Including 5km Cartage

R.C.C work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm. (3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in R.C.C.at foundation and footing with 4cm. excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc and also including supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. Binding wire cost being including in the item.

R.C.C work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm. (3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 inR.C.C T beam and slab roofs and R.C.C. Column excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc and also including supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and wastage & overlapping & hooks.

First class brick work in 1:6 cement and fine sand of 1.25 FM. mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T & Petc. required for proper completion of the work.
