Providing and fixing galvanised wiremesh of average width of aperture 1.4mm and nominal dia of wire 0.63mm fixed on steel windows of standard rolled steel section, with 3mm thick MS flat iron covermoulding of 12.5 mm width, fixed with machine screws welded complete in all respects. Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in- charge) 0.50mm (+0.05%) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120grams per sqm as per IS:277, in 240m paste elgrade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied ins ingle length upto 12metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screws of size (5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. Applying priming coat With readymixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron / steel works (HSR:11.68.3_2021)

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @0.90litre/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 litre/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture (HSR:11.97.3_2021)

Providing & fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600mm dia 10 metre openable lenth (total lenth 90m), having 50 no. rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3m. Height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m. Or 3.00m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engneer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape (R.B.T)/ Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52mm thick) and weight 43.478gm/metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid seprately (DSR:16.53)

Providing and fixing M.S. angle 50x50x5 mm to act as nosing with lugs of M.S. flat 10x5 mm, 10 cm long, forked at end 60cm apart (minimum three lugs to be provided), including necessary welding and applying a priming coat of approved primer on exposed surface etc. complete. Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over (BIS 15658:2006) and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with lines and etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
