Cutting in earth work and disposal of all excavated earth upto a lead of 20 metres in P/J. work 50% each.

Excavation in earth work and disposal of excavated earth upto a lead of 20 metres and lift upto 1.50 metres, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed in Pick-Jumper work.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1:cement:4 sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in :- Foundation and plinth

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden batten and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 metres and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete & plain conrete work in.

Foundation footings bsses of columns etc. and the like and mass concrete.

Flat surface such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like. Floors etc upto 200 mm in thickness.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partition and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like

Edge of slabs and breaks in floor and wall:- Under 20 cm. Wide.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in.

Walls (any thickness but not less than 0.1m) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level)

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 (1:cement: 2 sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work in and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

Suspended floors, roofs, landing and shelves and their support, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever upto floor two level.

Providing mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1:cement 2 sand 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Providing, laying and jointing in trenches, galvanised mild steel tubes (light grade) including tube fitting complete (earth work in trenches is to be measured and paid for separately.) 50 mm dia

Providing and fixing Sluice valve with wheel. 50 mm dia PN-1.6

P/F C.I. man hole cover with frame455 x 610 mm rectangular C.I. cover (Light duty) weight of cover and frame 38 Kg. to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and placing in horizental layers filtering media duly graded, screened, washed and cleaned as specified by the Engineer-in-Charge:-

Top Layer:- Fine sand (Eff: size 0.20mm to 0.40 and Uniformity - co-efficient 2.00 to 3.00)

Second layer - Coarse sand 3mm - 6mm.

Third Layer Bajri:-6mm - 20mm.

Fourth Layer Bajri 20mm - 25mm,

Bottom Layer-Broken stone 50mm - 75mm
