Construction of recharge pits by augering borewell of 300mm dia up to maximum 5 metre depth from the bottom of drain by mechanical means confirming to IS:2800 (Part-1) in all kinds of soil, sand, clay, murrum, soft rock and hard rock etc., complete and inserting PVC slotted pipe 150 mm inner dia as per IS: 12818 inside the bore hole truly vertical and filling the drilled pipe with aggregates of various sizes 40mm and 20mm downgraded, all equipment's and labours. The PVC pipe should be perforated to the desired depth wrapped and tied with geotextiles, should be provided with end cap. Rate shall also include filling the gap around the pipe with pebbles and filling the inside gap with 40mm & 20mm downgraded aggregates to the full bore depth, pipe and its perforation charges, end cap and pebbles, etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
