(c) Fuel (Service) Tank :- The fuel tank shall be built in type and shall include fuel level indicator fuel piping internally with the necessary piping as recommended by manufacturer from tank to engine and for over flow etc,

(d) CPCB approved Acoustic enclosure composite type AMF Control Panel, with CRCA sheet with powder coating suitable for the DG Set. Make : Kirloskar Green/Cummins

(e) AMF Circuit System :- AMF logic suitable for either to operate automatic or manual control for starting and stopping of the engine with necessary indications and Push Buttons for: ENGINE START, ENGINE STOP, ALTERNATOR CONTACTORS CLOSE, ALTERNATOR CONTACTORS TRIP, EMERGENCY TRIP , FAULT INDICATION, AMF Logic will be suitable for the following functions also: f) Switch the load to the engine supply after suitable time delay, after starting the engine on mains failure/phase failure/low voltage/high voltage etc.

NOTES

The Unit rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to include the following provisions mentioned in the notes : (i) The Control cable of suitable rating/capacity from DG set to AMF panel, DIESEL OIL, LUB OIL, COOLANT FOR RADIATOR ctc for smooth functioning of DG SET and testing at fy premises and at site during PH I & PH II complete testing including cost of filling of fuel in phase test testing, topping of LUB OIL, COOLANT FOR RADIATOR etc required for commissioning and testing of DG set. Inverter 100 W capacity of reputed make and Two lights as recommended by the manufacturer with all accessories with necessary connections and wiring from DG set Battery inside the acoustic enclosure.

(ii)Rubber mat of size 1 mtr x 2mtr 16mm thick. (iii)Training to department staff shall be given. (iv)Operation and Maintenance manual and test certificate for Engine, alternator andacoustic proof enclosure.

(ix) The DG panel and AMF panel shall be complete with internal wiring with suitable size of multi stranded copper cable. The control and relays of various panels are included in the scope of this items.

(x) Tools shall be supplied as per manufacturer's instructions and cost shall be included in the cost of DG set

(xi) First filling of lubricants / engine oil/ Deisel for 10% over loading for one hour in twelve hours duration by salt water load test run deemed to be included in the rate quoted for the item.

(xii) Necessary PCC foundation including connected earth work for installation of DG Set shall be provided as per manufacturer's recommendation and cost deemed to be included in the rate quoted for the same.

(xiii) The contractor shall be carry out all existing electrical incoming/outgoing connection of cables with the new DG Set including cable glands, thimbles, nut, bolt, washers, etc
