Supply portion A : Main Fire Alarm Control Panel : Supply of following items including all accessories and fitments and meeting the technical specifications mentioned in the tender document and other terms & conditions of the tender document :

Supply of Microprocessor based Four loops Networkable analogue addressable Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) Extended upto Eight loop. The Panel shall have LCD/LED/Graphical display or touchscreen. Each loop shall have a capacity of minimum 250 analog addressable detectors/devices. Devices/Detectors Shall be Soft Programmable. The Panel shall have Degrade Mode. If the main CPU fails, it will raise an alarm like conventional panel. It shall have multi access levels, flash EPROM, 240 volts AC power supply, automatic battery charger. Loop Length Shall be 2 Km. The panel shall have the Option of Cloud based Monitoring Software for Devices. The Panel shall have 250 Programmable Zones and 6000 Events log. Fire Alarm Control Panel shall also have options with all the required gateways like Modbus / BAC net etc and the required hardware, software, Application Program Interface (API), Software Development Key (SDK) etc. to communicate on open protocol such as Modbus / BACnet etc. for connectivity with the Command and Control Centre. The Panel shall be listed for UL864, 9th Edition / EN54. Preferable make: Notifier/ Simplex/Detnov or equivalent

Supply of Monitoring software for desktop. Preferable make: Notifier/ Simplex/Detnov or equivalent

Supply of Repeater Panel complete with minimum suitable display or touchscreen to indicate the status of system and location of incident etc. The Repeater Panels shall be Bidirectional. It shall be UL / EN 54 Listed. Preferable make: Notifier/ Simplex/Detnov or equivalent

Supply of Automatic Floating Sensitivity type Analog addressable Photo thermal smoke detector with mounting base LED, Address Switch to program the detectors, complete as required Above / BELOW FALSE CEILING. It shall be UL / EN 54 approved. Preferable make: Notifier/ Simplex/Detnov or equivalent

Supply of Analog addressable Rate of Rise Cum Fixed temperature detector rated 58 deg C with mounting based LED, Address Switch to programmed the detectors complete as required. It shall be UL / EN 54 approved. Preferable make: Notifier/ Simplex/Detnov or equivalent

Supply of Analog addressable Rate of Rise Cum Fixed temperature detector rated 78 deg C with mounting based LED, Address Switch to programmed the detectors complete as required. It shall be UL / EN 54 approved. Preferable make: Notifier/ Simplex/Detnov or equivalent

Supply of LPG Detector for the LPG Gas Bank complete with Module. Preferable make: Notifier/ Simplex/Detnov or equivalent

Supply of Addressable Manual Call Station. It shall be UL / EN 54 approved. Preferable make: Notifier/ Simplex/Detnov or equivalent

Supply of Addressable Hooter cum Strobe Lights rated at 78 dBA to 92 dBA @ 1 m with complete with modules. It shall be UL / EN 54 approved. Preferable make: Notifier/ Simplex/Detnov or equivalent

Supply of Addressable Relay/Control Modules for AHUs and Control Dampers etc. It shall be UL / EN 54 approved. Preferable make: Notifier/ Simplex/Detnov or equivalent

Supply of Addressable Monitor Modules for Sprinklers, Panic bars or other Third party inputs. It shall be UL / EN 54 approved. Preferable make: Notifier/ Simplex/Detnov or equivalent

Supply of Fault Isolator Modules for isolating short / dewired / loose circuits with automatic resetting. It shall be UL / EN 54 approved. Preferable make: Notifier/ Simplex/Detnov or equivalent

Supply of Response Indicator. Preferable make: Notifier/ Simplex/Detnov or equivalent

Supply portion B : CABLE AND CONDUIT : Supply of following items including all accessories and fitments and meeting the technical specifications mentioned in the tender document and other terms & conditions of the tender document :

Supply of 2 Core x1.5 sq.mm twisted armoured FRLS cable for Fire Loop etc. on ceiling/walls/trays including concealed drops with all accessories hardware and fixing materials as per site requirements. Make:Polycab/Finolex/Havells

Installation, Testing and Commissioning :

Maintenance and Support Services:

All-inclusive Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Charges(AMC) for the entire system including Main Panel, all devices and cabling after completion of the initial 1- Year Warranty Period. ( for four years ) ( Bidders to fill GST / tax figure if any )

First Year after Warranty period : @ 7% of Supply portion

Second Year after Warranty period :@ 8% of Supply portion

Third Year after Warranty period :@ 9% of Supply portion

Fourth Year after Warranty period :@ 10 % of Supply portion

Buyback of old fire alarm system:

Dismantling and taking away for the existing MORLEY make fire alarm system including, detectors, main panel, hooters, strobe lights, MCPs etc.
