SPL REPAIR TO BUILDING NO P-05 AT ZANGLI, PROVN OF SENTRY POST AND DEEP FREEZER UNDER THE AOR OF GE 874 EWS.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars, arches etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiles including cement mortar bedding complete, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premised complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-0,1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) 25 mm thick as in sub base for floor finishes, drain channels complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular)of light/dark shade polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 & Joints will be of uniform thickness not exceeding 2 mm and these shall be grouted with Solid Epoxy Grout of desired shade as per manufacturer’s instructions. complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 6 above but on vertical surface such as skirting, dados, risers to steps, etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match tiles, over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non - skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to matchr and including 1o mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes & Joints will be of uniform thickness not exceeding 2 mm and these shall be grouted with Solid Epoxy Grout complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Ist or premium or standard quality of glazes, ceramic “coloured” tiles of premium or first quality of size 450x300x7 mm thick as in vertical surface suck as skirting/dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over 10mm thick in 1:4 cm backing coats etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors bedded and laid in any cement mortar, aprons etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20 cm x 20cm x 25 mm thick Chequered cement concrete tiles (in any colour & shape), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement pigment over 15 mm screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.
