Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of pipe, cable etc or n. exc.10 Sqm on plan and n. exc. 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand cuhioning to under ground cable provided with a layer of 8 cm deep before laying and 15 cm covering above the top edge of cable after laying complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Measurement shall be done after puning down of sand.)

Supplying and laying unreinforced precast cement concrete cable covers, Class LV, Type - 1 Flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40 mm in trenches for cable protection, embossed with "LT 1100 Volts Electric" on the top surface complete all as specified and as directed .

M &L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of pole including form work & finishing the surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for boring hole under the road/path/pavment/hard standing with the help of trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine with and including HDPE pipe of 50 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure, not less than one metre below ground level complete all as specified & directed. (Note :- The cost of 50 mm bore HDPE pipe of suitable length shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the contractor against this item.)

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing silent Diesel Engine driven generating set of capacity 82.5 KVA, 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire, engine as per IS:8528, and Alternator mounted on a common MS Chanel base plate frame complete with relay panel and switch gears for automatic starting on main failure, control panel, CPRI approved specifications complete with PCC foundation , battery with leads control panel with necessary meters and integral acoustic enclosure as recommended by Central Pollution Control Board, CGI Sheet Shed for covering of DG Set including chain link fencing complete in all respect with and including accessories and components as specified below : - (a) Diesel Driven Engine :- 4 cylinder, In-line 4 stroke, radiator cooled engine diesel engine suitable to develop matching BHP at 1500 RPM as per latest ISS/BSS, capable to take 10% over load for 1 hr after 12 hrs of operation and will be suitable for tropical condition complete with and including following accessories (Make : Kirloskar/Cummins/Ashoka Leyland/Greaves Ltd) (i) Heavy fly wheel and fly wheel housing complete with starting gear ring and to suit flexible coupling duly covered with mud guard. (ii) Dry type Air cleaners with filters (iii) Lubricating oil filter, fuel filter, fuel pre-filter. (iv) Anti vibration pads- quantity and type as recommended by Maufacturer. (v) Fuel injecting system with injection pump nozzles, governer of suitable capacity. (vi) Electric start equipment. (vii) Battery rack made out of MS angle iron 40mm x 40mm x 5 mm & 150mm height. (viii) Lead acid storage maintenance free battery 12 volts of rating with suitable AH with charging alternater, ammeter, as recommended by Manufacturer (Make : Exide) alongwith copper battery lead and connector. (ix) Standard integral set-mounted radiator system, designed and tested for 50°C ambient temperature

(x) Standard safety device. Daily service fuel tank of capacity (as per manufacturer design) with mechanical level indicator, detachable strainer, drain cock, fuel outlet, air vent and locking arrangement etc, including fuel pipe connections. (xi) Exhaust silencer (residential silencer) with exhaust piping of suitable size brought out side on top, of size 76.5mm dia and complete length of silencer and exhaust piping continuously wrapped with 12 mm dia asbestos rope and suitable anti-vibration arrangement around pipe passing through wall. (xii) LCD display type control panel as per maufacturer's instructions indicating KWH, KVA, PF, Volts, Amps, Hz, RPM, Hour of run, Oil pressure,Oil temperature, Coolant temperature, Fuel level, battery charging Ammeter, battery charging lamp and indicator lamp (RYB), panel duly pre wired and displaying protection and safeties as under ;- (a) Safeties :- Auto shut down, visual & audio alarm for low lub oil pressue, low fuel level, canopy temperature. DG set with PSO600 Controller

(b) Alternator :- 82.5 KVA brushless type at 0.8 power factor, self regulated, self excited, screen protected, 3 phase with neutral 415 volts 50 Hz , 1500 RPM, 4 wire alternator with insulation class 'H', screen protected drip proof, free from commutation problem as per IS : 13364/IS:2613/IS-4722 complete with automatic voltage regulator, having voltage regulation +/- 1% of set Volts from No load to full load, SPDP enclosure including making cable connections and alternator control panel as supplied by Manufacturer . (Make : Kirloskar/Cummins/Ashoka Leyland/Greaves Ltd) (c) PCC foundation complete as per Maufacturer's design including anti-vibration pads, necessary excavation & earth work in soft /loose soil, sand cushioning, grouting foundation etc. (d) Manufacturer's maintenance and operation /manual of Genset to be supplied - 02 set. (e) Acoustic enclosure of suitable size to accommodate DG set 82.5 KVA, modular construction, fabricated out of 3 mm thick, cold annealed CRCA sheet duly epoxy painted, doors to be porvided with high quality EDPN gasket, duly epoxy painted. The canopy to be equipped with heavy duty fans of reputed manufacturer for air circulation and cooling the canopy. Rock wool of requisite density to be used for insulation. Enclosure to be provided with one light point controlled with one switch for internal lighting. Noise level at one metre distance to be 75 decibels @ one mtr in line as per CPCB norms.

(c) Shed & chain link fencing :- Shed for covering of 82.5 KVA DG set by using CGI sheet, Angle iron channels, steel iron poles & nut, bolts, washers, weld works, PCC works, excavation works etc & size of shed approx (Lxbxh), ( 7 x 6 x 4 mtr) and chain link fencing for appx 9 x 8 x 2 mtr height including iron door and locking arrangement etc complete all as per site requirements and as directed.

Supply install commissioning and testing CPRI Approved factory fabricated, floor mounted outdoor type LT Feeder Pillar Box of suitable size fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA Sheet and angle iron 50 X 50 X 6 mm frame and 750mm above the average ground level complete, factory made, totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, double door with both side hinge opening arrangement, on front and back with locking arrangement cable entry and exit from bottom with cable glands and gaskets, aluminium bus bar 500 Amps rating (01 Set) fixed on porcelain insulator with internal wiring and suitable size of aluminium strips to be used for incoming and outgoing connection of all switches/MCCBs & Bus-bar. Bus-bar shall be insulated with colour code sleeves/tapes and to be connected with copper lugs, including two coats of synthetic enameled paint on the surface externally & internally over a coat of red oxide primer paint including necessary PCC (1 : 3 : 6) Type C2 as in foundation complete all as directed, and comprising of the followings : -

(f) Indicator Lamp - R - Y - B (Set of three).

(g) Frequency meter 40-55 Hz - 01 No

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60 cmx 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 mtr deep below normal ground level connecting to and including GI steel strip of size 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers of galvanized iron or steel including 40 mm dia medium grade pipe for protection of GI strip to the extent of 7.5 mtrs asearthing lead including charcoal dust and salt packed all around the earth plate in the earth pit all as per Electrical plate No 3 of SSR par - I (2009) including PCC foundation/chamber in mix 1:2:4 type B1 with angle iron frame CI frame, CI cover with provision of locking arrangement and 20 mm dia medium grade GI pipe from top edge of the earth plate upto MS funnel with wire mesh provided inside the concrete earth pit for watering arrangement complete including excavation and earthwork in any type of strata and testing complete including fill up the earth pit with soil for best result and removal ( for DG Set body and Panels). Note :- Earth protection pipe & earthing strip upto and including 7.5 m length is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the contractor.
