Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables, etc. (Not exceeding 1.5mtr in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10sqm on plan, depth up to 1.5mtr including disposal of excavated earth up to 1mtr from cutting edge disposed earth is to be leveled and neatly dressed in i) All kind of soil 70% and Ordinary Rock 30%.

Providing and Fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. Fittings excluding trenches and refilling etc. (external work) a) G.I. Pipe 20mmØ

Filling of available excavated earth in trenches, plinth, and side of foundation etc. lead up to 50mtr lift up to 1.5mtr.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering – All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) Crushed.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering – All work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) Crushed.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutment, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or laces, courses, parapets, copings, bed block, anchor blocks, plain window sills, sunken floors, fillets etc. up to floor five level excluding the cost of centering ,shuttering and finishing; 1:2:4(1cement:2coarse sand:4graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size crushed.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto floor five level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for. i) Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.

ii) Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform.

iii) Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls. Under 20cms wide.

iv) Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete centering and shuttering items.

Reinforcement for R.C.C. Work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

12mm cement plaster of mix: 1:3 (1cement:3coarse sand) Finished with a floating coat of neat cement.

Providing and fixing of P.G.I. Sheets strips in joints of walls.

Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement concrete work in doses by weight of cement @1kg/50kg of cement.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete 50mm thick with 20mmnominal size stone aggregate. Crushed.
