Suppling and erecting Suttering with necessary supports for plinth beam with all cross bracing etc. complete (RCC column, footing, plinth beam and lintel sides)

Plain Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement, one and half fine aggregates and three coarse aggregates)using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for complete as per standard specification the mixing, laying and labour charges etc.,

Suppling and fabricating and placing in position MS (or) R.T.S. bar for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors.

Picking the existing damaged surface

Plastering with cement mortar (1:5),20 mm ,thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications (S.I.306)

Providing two legged scaffolding using suitable sizes of casurina posts of 1.50cm over all length 3m height + 0.50 lap) The distance between the two rows being 2m and the spacing of posts being 2m in both rows with two either side and braces at 2m C/C includinghorizontal posts with 0.50m.over lap on longitudinal and transwere middle of 40mm thick and 1m width etc.in complete shape using coir and nails 1m width etc.in complete shape using coir and nails and as directed by the Departmental Officers

White washing two coats with freshly burnt shell lime white in colour in all floors including cost of lime and other materials brushes scaffolding charges etc.complete complying with standard specification and as directed. -100sq.m S.I.333

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion Paint approved quality and colour over a priming coat ,including thorough scrapping,clean removal of dirt,etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris,putty,wherever required etc,complete as per standard specification. - 10 sq.m
