Applying two coats of putty & two coats of primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth.

Supply and apply of Asian paints Smartcare Damp Proof -single component fibre reinforced acrylyc coating.The coating must be applied in three coats with first coat at 33% dillution and the remaining two coats without dillution.for priming coat ,no additional primer is allowed.The coating should be white in colour and shall carry TUV test certificate, singapore with SRI value of 105.6. the coating shall also have anticarbonation property with waterproofing protectionup to 7 bars hydrostatic pressure as Directed by Engineer incharge.

Providing ridges or hips 600 mm overall in plain G.I. sheet class-3 fixed with G.I.J. or L Hooks and nuts 8mm dia G.I. Limpet and bitumen washer complete. (1) 0.80 mm thick sheet.
