The Contractor shall make sample of texture and get approved before placeing bulk order. rate are deemed to include this espect.
Note : (a) The effected glass pane, wiremesh, door, window, wall tiles and floor to be cleaned immedetly after the periodical services. If Contractor doesnot clear the glass/wiremeshes immedietly in that case he will replace the wiremesh/ glasses detoriated due to his negligency nothing shall be paid extra. (b) Periodical of residencial accn shall be completed within 2 days i.e 48 hrs after handover of key. (c) The contractor shall increase the labour at the time of inspections and as directed by Engr-in-Charge without any extra payment. (d) Contractor shall made own arrengment for climbing and working upto 16 mtr ht. (e) Work is comprise of to be executed in scattered area at different locations, as and when the requirement of periodical services projected by the users. Qtrs/ bldgs shall be made available as per the site requirements projected by the users. All the qtrs/ area cannot be handed over at one time but will be handed over in piece meal manner. (f) Only 1st quality materials shall be used by the contractor and the materials shall be purchased and stocked at his store of sufficent qty for which requirement as per site projected to him. The ledger of the materials qty shall be maintained by the contrator and got verified at the time of payment with original voucher. (g) All the conditions mentioned above shall be complied by the contractor and ratse are deemed to include such provisions, Nothing extra shall be paid.
