Providing catering and other services by engaging required number of supervisor and required number of personnel per day for Six days in a week, excluding Sunday.

Providing additional manpower of unskilled category for carryingout miscellaneous works on need basis as directed by Officer-in-charge .

Providing coffee, black coffee or tea ( with sugar using cubes or without sugar as required ) as and when required. Minimum content shall not be less than 150 M all as per the instructions of the Engineer in charge. The following makes are accepted: a) Tea: Redlabel, Tata, 3 Roses, Kannan Devan b) Coffee: Coffee day, Cothas, Bayers, Bhavani

Providing dip tea, green label tea ( with sugar using cubes or without sugar ) as and when required. Minimum content shall not be less than 150 ML all as per the instructions of the Engineer in charge. Accepted makes: Tajmahal or equivalent.

Providing special dip tea (green tea /tulsi/mint and other flavours with sugar using sugar cubes or without sugar) as and when required. Minimum content shall not be less than 150 ML. Accepted makes: Tetley

Providing vegetable sandwiches (4 slices of bread and required vegetable filling along with tomato sauce/ketchup/jam)

Supplying cooked meals for special requirements consisting of (a) Vegetable soup (b) Roti / Naan / kulcha / Parotha - (Choice of one) (c) Rice / Fried rice items - (Choice of two) (d) Vegetable sabji - (Choice of two) (e) dal (f) Rasam / samber (g) Curd (h) Pickle (i) Papad (j) Vegetable salad (k) Fruit salad / Cut fruits (l) Dessert (Ice cream with one sweet ) (m) Pan & Banana Note:The quoted rate shall be for the complete finished work including the transportation charges for supplying and serving cooked meals from Restaurants.

Daily supply of two chapathi and one North Indian subji for Executives inclusive of transportation charges (Daily 50 plates)

Daily supply of vegetable salad for Sr. Executives ( one plate of cut salad with quantity sufficient for 50 people ) inclusive of transportation charges.

Supply of curd inclusive of all charges as directed by officer-in- charge (Note: the requirement of curd per day is about 22 Ltrs.)

Providing soft drinks of any brand to Board level executives, VIP visitors as and when required. Minimum quantity not less than 200 ml. all as per the instructions of the Engineer in charge

Providing Fresh fruit/lime juice of any type to Board level executives, VIP visitors as and when required. Minimum quantity not less than 200 ml.

Providing vegetarian soup to Board level executives, VIP visitors as and when required. Minimum quantity not less than 200 ml.

Providing Fresh cut fruits (mixed) to Board level executives,VIP visitors as and when required. Minimum quantity not less than 250 grams.

Providing Fresh tender coconut water to Board level executives, VIP visitors as and when required. Minimum quantity not less than 200 ml.

Providing Badam milk to Board level executives, VIP visitors as and when required. Minimum quantity not less than 200 ml.

Providing mineral water of following capacity in sealed bottles to Board level executives, VIP visitors, during meetings as and when required.all as per the instructions of the Engineer in charge
