SPL REPAIR TO EXISTING PERIMETER ROAD OF UNIT AREA OF 4 ASSAM UNDER AGE B/R-II OF GE (I) KANPUR

Scarifying or picking gravelled,macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm (Exc 50 mm and n exc 100 mm deep) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 7.5cm thick limestone, sandstone, flint or quartzite (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a prime/tack coat with bituminous primer @5 kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of unsurfaced WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a prime/tack coat with bituminous primer @10 kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L premix bituminous, macadam laid rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less), binder content 4 % of binder content by weight of total mix using bitumen VG-30 laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller by using mechanical paver complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premixed Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete 30 mm thick consolidated thickness with VG-30 (paving bitumen) ( min marshall stability 820 kg) laid in single layer with min 5.5% binder content and min 2 % cement filler mix of total mix, combined grading and mix proportion should be ascertained as per IRC:111-2009 and should be used for execution after obtaining design mix / job formula from approved lab/ CTL. Mix to be prepared through hot mix plant and laying to be done using sensor paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 -12 tonne vibratory roller complete all as specified and directed. Note - Before execution of design mix/ job mix formula should be approved by GE after verifying credentials of report obtained.

M&L for marking 2.0 mm thick center line stop line, side line etc on roads as per IRC pattern with thermoplastic paint of approved quality and made with 8% glass beads laid on the road surface at temperature 60 degree centigrade with special applicator machine with and including traffic diversion arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete in ground floors and paving n exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) un-reinforced concrete & removal of rubbish beyond defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete Type D2 (1:4:8) (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floor or in foundation including watering and in consolidation complete all as speified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment (Red & yellow) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Continuous brick edging with burnt clay bricks of sub class B (old size) bricks with width equal to the depth of the brick, laid on end vertically including tempering ground around bricks and also for removing any surplus soil etc complete all specified and directed.

Supply and fixing dual directional reflective cat eye of aluminium casted stud 100 x 100 mm having plastic ABS strip containing 31 mini retro reflective glass beads of colour white/red/yellow one side provided with zinc plated nail of 12 mm dia and length 120 mm for fixing to road by hammering, complete all as specified and as directed. Cat part No-GPL 01-02 CAT EYE AL(31B) of Greenlite/ Cat part No OS-785 Make Oscaror equivalent in Dark eye/Road star / Siner Infrastructure.
