Supply, installation, commissioning and testing open well submersible pump 174 LPM, 16 metre head, 210 V, 1.02 HP capacity, single phase, suitable for dewatering of water from underground water tanks, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing Double Door MCB DB, 8 Module, outdoor type, Cat No.601998 of make Legrand or equivalent in L & T / Siemens/ABB as approved by the GE, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MCB, SPN, 06 to 32 Amps, 240 Volts, 10 KA Breaking capacity, C-series, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty, 1100 volt grade electric LT UG cable with multi stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 Sqmm, 2 Core in trenches/ along wall/ floor/ in ducts etc, complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Unless otherwise directed, the cable shall be in single piece. (ii) Payment for excavation & earth work, sand cushioning, protection covers, protection pipes shall be measured & paid separately.

S&F PVC Sheathed and PVC insulated Industrial 3 Core flat Submersible cable with 4 Sqmm copper conducter, 1100 volts grade for submercible pump motors, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying 40mm bore GI tubing, medium grade with and including all fittings in trenches/ along wall/ floor etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying 25mm bore GI tubing, medium grade with and including all fittings in trenches/ along wall/ floor etc, complete all as specified and as directed. Note for item No 7&8:- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F MCCB, 4 pole, 40 Amps, 16 KA, 415 Volts in the existing panel, Make Legrand; Cat No.420012 or equivalent in L & T / Siemens/ ABB, as approved by the GE, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electode 600 x 600 x 6mm thick buried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level, connected to and including galvanised earth wire 4mm dia to the extent upto 7.5 metre as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts etc, with provision of charcoal and salt all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, including water arrangement with GI pipe 20mm bore (medium grade), earth lead protection pipe 15mm bore light grade with bends, elbow etc. from earth plate to test point, excavation and earth work, returning, filling, ramming and removing of soil to a distance not exc 50 metre, making PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 pit (Earth chamber) with RCC 1:2:4 cover 50mm thick reinforced with XPM and testing on completion including making test point on wall as per SSR specifications all as specified and directed. (Note: Cost of GI earth wire and protection pipe upto 7.5 metre shall also be deemed to be included in the quoted rate).

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for foundation, cable, pipe etc and 10 Sqm on plan and not exc 1.5 metre in depth for pits/ indipendent holes etc, including getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in with approved earth including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material/soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5metre above the starting point , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, spreading and levelling fine sand as in cable trench for cable cushioning, all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness will be measured and paid.

Supply and laying sub class B old size bricks of class desigriation 35(minimum compressive strength 35Kg/cm2) for protection of UG cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation in soft/loose soil not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating over areas, not exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in benching, coping, channels etc including making rounded or chamfered on edges and use of formwork etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class B old size bricks and of class designation 35 (Minimum compressive strength 35 Kg/Cm2) , straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on wall surfaces of brick work or concrete in CM 1:3, finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement and mixed with WPC as per the manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid as "suppy only" under relevant item.

Supply only intergal water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc. with ends of bars shouldered or rebated or forged into spikes and similar work conforming to Fe-290, Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) using approved earth obtained from the excavation after removal of vegetation, grass etc, spreading in layers not exc. 30 cm thick, watering, ramming / rolling and finishing to required size, shape etc not exc 1.5m high from base, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150mm internal dia salt glazed stone-ware drain pipe Grade 'A' laid in trenches and jointed, complete all as specified and directed, NOTE:- Excavation and earth work, concrete for bedding and haunching shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for plain cement concree 1;3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone agg) as in bed to drain pipe of 150mm bore including packig under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested including necessary shuttering and supports to concrete and laying beds to falls, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 50 mm bore unplasticised PVC pipes of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm2, including provision of all the fittings, reducer, cap etc, for header pipe fixed to walls, ceilings or in floors etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 25 mm bore unplasticised PVC pipes of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm2, including provision of all the fittings, reducer, cap etc, for header pipe fixed to walls, ceilings or in floors etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note for item Nos 27 & 28 : The part of the quantity of distribution pipes passing over the PMF bed shall also be perforated all as directed by the GE. The quoted rates shall be deemed to include the above element also.

S & F 110 mm bore uPVC (SWR) soil, waste, ventilating, rain water pipe, type 'A', single socketed, (ISI Marked) in any length with and including ruber ring joints, laid in trenches, floors etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately.

Digging pits, Supply and planting 1 to 2 feet high boundary plantation with ferns and colourful plants (plants shall be as approved by the GE) as in hedges and supplying and filling fertile red earth around the plants or equivalent as approved by the GE, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Biofilter (PMF-Technology) including provision of specifically designed microbial culture covered with minimum 250 Nos Canna Indica Plants, Filtration Media , filling gravels , sand layer, activated corbon filter , pressure sand filter etc and all other relevant works for entire completion so as to obtain the specified test results and efficiency of Bio-Filter, complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) Civil works of the PMF Bed Tank shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) The area of filteration media shall be 72 Sqm. (iii) The filter media shall be of the specifications and laid all as specified in Particular Specification Clause 13.1(vi) here-in-after. (iv) The quantity of the microbial culture and specifications shall be as per Particular Specifications Clause 13.1(vi) here-in-after. (v) The Canna Indica Plants shall be all as approved by the GE. (vi) The PMF Bed Tank shall be constructed as specified in Particular specifications clause 13.1 here-in after as directed by the GE. The PMF bed tank and collection inlet tank shall be constructed as shown in drawing and as decided by GE under respective items of BOQ . Cost of PMF bed tank ( civil works ie. only excavations , PCC in foundations ,brick work , plastering ,PCC Coping )and collection chamber inlet tank not included this item

M&L for pressure sand filter of capacity 6 Cum/hr, make ECOSYS Model No-6S or equivalent as approved by the GE, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Activated Carbon Filter, capacity 6 Cum/hr, make ECOSYS Model No-6C or equivalent as approved by the GE, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC M-30 design Mix in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns etc complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to foffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work, not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping)

Formwork to sides of roof slabs ,Floor slabs, Landing and similar work , not exceeding 200mm thick with fair finished

S&F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS 1161 -1979 grade St -240.

S&F MS bed plates for roof truss with slieve pieces revited or welded .

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an clour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

Supplying and fixing rotational moulded polythylene water storage tanks, double layered (ISI marked) of 5000 litres capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I, including provision of necessary fittings for connecting the overflow, drain out, inlet and outlet pipes, complete all as specified and as directed.
