Preparation of old painted surfaces of steel & iron of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) etc all as specified and directed.

M&L french polishing on surfaces of any description width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surface including a coat of wood filler on old works with one or more coats all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of PCC in Ground Floor and paving n exc 15 cm (below or above ground level) including removel of debries to out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for PCC type B-2 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 75 mm thick as in sub base for floors, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repiar for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 600x300 mm thickness as per manufacture ( With two borders and mothiff pattern ) / High lighter tiles on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to matchover a backing coat of 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 including dubbing out coat to an average thickness of 10 mm thick in CM (1:6) , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repair for Granite(of any type) 18 to 20 mm thick work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills,cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade

Drilling holes for bolts, pipes, etc. n. exc 25mm dia in granite or trape stone for gas connection pipe

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform and other similar situations

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exceeding 1.5 sqm but not exceeding 4 sqm each and removing from site.

S&F in repair 35 mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type both sides (ISI marked) all with 6 mm thick teak wood edging all round.

S&F in repair factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width struck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail. Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, and fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.

All as per item no 108 above but exceeding 500 ltr and not exceeding 1000 ltr in capacity
