ROOFING Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and applying Providing and applying structural grade long pot life epoxy bonding agent of like Nitobond EP or equivalant prior to building up of section with any type of mortar/ concrete to ensure bond between old concrete & new concrete by brush application as per the manufacturer’s specifications.The bonding agent should remain in tacky state after application for a minimum period of 6 hours at 30 ºC. There shall not be bond failure of the specimenwhen tested by slant shear method according to BS 6319 pt 4, with concrete.
Providing and placing free flow micro concrete of approved brand after fixing slurry tight shuttering. The microconcrete shall contain no metallic aggregates, or chlorides and shall be shrinkage compensated in the plastic state.The micro concrete in the flowable consistency should achieve a compressive strength of not less than 10N/mm2 after 24 hours, 40N/mm2 after 7 days and 50 N/mm2 after 28 days at 30ºC. Most importantly, the cured microconcrete shall contain no metallic aggregates, or chlorides and shall be shrinkage compensated in the plastic state. The unrestrained expansion shall be between 1 - 4%. The flexural strength shall not be less than 5 N/mm2 @ 28 days. The microconcrete shall have a coefficient of thermal expansion similar to that of the host concrete. Grill of required size, one primary coat of red-lead/red oxide primer and two coats of enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture all complete as per specifications and direction by the Engineer-in-charge.
VDF Providing VDF flooring for top coat of floor with dewatering of concrete by vaccum pump and sprinkling non-metallic floor hardner @ 5 kg/sqm followed by a coat of cement slurry mixed with Nitobond SBR latex or equivalent @ 1 kg over 1.25 sqmtr and 67 ml. Nitobond SBR latex. Over the levelling reinforeced cement concrete base 1:1.5:3 simulteniously casted as per specification. 10mm x 12mm groove @ 5 mtr. or equally distributed pattern to be cut and filled with Polysulphide Sealent as grouting compound. Complete and finished in all respect as per company specification and Engineer-in-charge. (The R.C.C. work will be measured and paid separetly)
CEMENT PLASTERING WITH CHICKEN MESH AND CHEMICAL Repairing brick wall with cement concrete ( 1:2:4 ) of thickness varing from 25mm to 100 mm after cleaning of the surface of the brick wall applying bonding agent Nitobond EP Std./Sikadur-32 LP or equivalent product to cover up the damaged portion of existing brick wall including fixing of chicken wire netin position to hold the c.concrete if necessary. Finished and complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.
GROOVE CUTTING AND FILLING IN WALL Cutting of groove size 10mm x 12mm on walls above DPC edge and filled with Polysulphide Sealent as grouting compound. Complete and Finished in all respect as per company specification and Engineer-in-charge.

UREA CORROSION RESISTANCE COATING Providing and applying a chemical and abrasion resistant , high build, two-pack epoxy-novolac system specially designed to provide a tough and impermeable high chemical resistant film at a thickness of 500 micron. The coating should able to resist wide range of chemicals both acid and alkaline having Ph value 1 o 14.
