Material and Labour for overhauling of complete of 80 TR capacity chiller unit of Voltas make complete with replacement of worn out /unserviceable parts including piston, piston rings, connecting rod, connecting rod bearings, gudgeon pin, head spring, compressor bearing, crank shaft, oil seal, oil ring, oil plate, compressor cylinder, load/unload assembly, oil pressure valve, suction reed, discharge reed, oil pump, gasket, oil filter, fan belt, temperature meter, pressure meter, LP switch, HP switch, oil failure switch, oil pressure switch, temp sensor, gas sensor, drayer, solenoid coil, chiller main controller circuit, coupling etc. and reassembling the same after complete repair and replacement of parts with accessories as nut, bolts, washers etc. , installation on existing foundation, coupling with existing electrical motor with proper alignment including testing, commissioning complete to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge Note :- Servicing & Repairing work of chiller unit to be done by the authorised representative of OEM. All spares parts mentioned in above description as required for repair /servicing shall be deemed to be quoted in this item only.

Cleaning and descaling of condensor of 80 TR Central AC plant by suitable chemical circulation and brushing of condenser tubes as required. Note:- Descaling of condensor coils of each plant will be done in every three months cycle.

Servicing of AHU's cleaning cooling coils by non acidic chemical, cleaning of filters by suitable tools as required.

M&L for renewal of unserviceable mechanical oil seal of compressor at coupling end including testing and commissioning complete. Note :-Gas/Oil required to be changed after renewal of mechanical oil seal will be measured and paid separately in respective items of BOQ.

Dismantling, opening, rewinding and refixing 3 phase, 440V, 50 Hz induction motors with super enameled copper wire of existing gauge and existing class insulation including superior quality varnishing, heating / drying coils, making connections from coil to terminal box, spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint, necessary mechnical works for shaft/bearing housing , renewal of DE and NDE beaings, transportation from installation to workshop & back, connecting testing and commissioning at site for satisfactorily operation as required for (i) 3 to 7.5 HP.

All as per item No 05 above but 10 HP Motor.

Dismantling and taking out defective monoblock pump of capacity 52 LPS. make- Kirloskar from foundation and shifting it to workshop for repair/replacement of impellers, beanings, seals etc. Refitting at foundation after repair testing and commissioning complete to the entire satisfaction as required.

M&L for renewal of PVC water tank heavy duty of capacity 5000 ltrs with CI strip ground around it to avoid bulging/deformation of tank as per existing including plumbing work as reqired. (Make- Sintex/polycon as approved)

M&L for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth strip 32x6 mm by means of steel bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of MES Schedule Part-I connected to earthing point and testing on completion with and including 15 mm bore light grade G.I. protection pipe (upto 7.5 metre beyond outer edge of earth pit) PCC pit in mix 1:3:6 type C1 with RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 40 mm thick cover reinforced with 6 mm dia M.S bars 3 nos both ways with lifting hook made out of 6 mm dia bar, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and 20 mm bore light grade G.I. watering pipe, common salt and charcoal filling, necessary excavation and earth work complete.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing of XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 185 Sqmm, 3.5 core from various panels upto their respective equipment on ground / floor / perforated trays with appropriate clamps/lugs/fixing arrangements complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing of XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 35 Sqmm, 4 core from various panels upto their respective equipment on ground / floor / perforated trays with appropriate clamps/lugs/fixing arrangements complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
