Providing comprehensive periodical/preventive maintenance of street light , flood light , highbay light , solar light and other security lights including attending their all complaints and making the lights serviceable and regular cleaning of solar panels of solar light fittings complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Three complaints shall be measured as unit job for payment)

Supply, laying and testing of cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth; for laying cable and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in any type of soil, complete all as specified

Removing excavated soils n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Spreading of riddled earth obtained from trenches for cable cushioning on top and bottom of cable for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Only punned thickness of riddled earth shall be measured)

Supply and lay bricks in trenches , common burnt clay building bricks, subclass `B’ designation 75, old size ,with width equal to the length of the brick; laid dry on edge vertically complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement energy saving LED street light fittings,35 Watts or nearest higher wattage, with in-built electronic driver, IP 65 class of protection with versatile pressure die-cast aluminium housing parts, pure polyester powder coated dark gray housing, toughened glass cover with silicon gaskets and energy efficient LED including all accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED street light fitting 70 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED flood light 150 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of highbay LED Luminaries, 100 watts in the hangar at height 10 meter from ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement PVC insulated two single core 1.5 sqmm FRLS copper conductor and one run of 1.5 sqmm multistranded copper conductor as earth continuity conductor drawn through and including 20mm dia heavy duty non metallic rigid PVC conduit and accessories complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i)Two run 1.5 Sqmm of single core, one run of 1.5 sqmm earth conductor and PVC conduit will be measured as one RM.

Supply and fix in replacement PVC insulated two single core 2.5 sqmm FRLS copper conductor and one run of 2.5 sqmm multistranded copper conductor as earth continuity conductor drawn through and including 20 mm dia heavy duty non metallic rigid PVC conduit and accessories complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i)Two run 2.5 Sqmm of single core, one run of 2.5 sqmm earth conductor and PVC conduit will be measured as one RM

Supply and fix in replacement LED Aviation/ Obstruction light 10 W or higher wattage installed on the roof of overhead reservoir or on roof top of high rise building/ hanger complete all as specified and directed. Make: Bajaj /Philips/ Wipro/ Crompton

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of enamel paint over a coat of primer on RCC/steel pole complete all specified and as directed. Note: Each pole will be measured as unit job for payment.

Material and labour for writing letters or figures (Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high in blue/ black coloured circle complete all specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement pole mounting type FRP cable looping box with connector of inside dimension 250mm x 250mm x 150mm with 40 x 6mm flat iron including suitable brass gland, lugs etc and terminal box to be fixed on pole with suitable fixing arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour in replacement of GI bracket made out of 32 mm dia GI pipe length 1.50m, bent to an angle of 30 degree and fixed with 40mm x 6mm flat iron, including suitable 02 set of clamps with nut , bolts ,and washers for fixing of light to pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for replacement of Prestressed concrete pole, 9.0 metres long, 102mm x 172mm at top and 102mm x 279mm at bottom, class 10 complete including disconnecting existing cable in the old pole, keeping it safely for taking into credit and reconnecting the cable after installing the new pole along with new lugs all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of poles including form work and fair finishing to exposed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping for poles including form work and fair finishing to exposed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded aggregate for making good the disturbed road surface after laying of pipe line over returned filled and compacted earth surface to match with existing road level complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED post top lantern 20 watts or nearest higher wattage , with IP 65 protection with accessories and connecting up light fitting with copper conductor cable of suitable size from junction box to connector block complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement 240V, 10 KA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single poles and current carrying capacity 6 to 15 AMP, in the MCB DB Complete with connection testing and commissioning.

Material and labour for 40mm bore `light grade` galvanised tubes with all fitting, laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for De-hydration/ filtration of transformer oil by employing on line filtration plant to achieve di-electric strength not less than minimum 50 KV including following work services :- (a) Removal of all suspended particles such as dust, rust, scales, collided Carbon oxidation sludge, etc upto < 1 micron. (b) De-hydration of transformer oil under vacuum. (c) Circulation of heated oil and filling of treated oil in transformer tank. (d) Top up the transformer oil upto the level NOTE : (i) Contractor shall use the vehicle mounted filtration plant with new suitable size heavy duty hose pipe. (ii) The transformer oil required for replacing/top up shall be measured and paid separately . (iii) Conducting field testing of di-electric strength of the transformer oil before and after filtration

Material and Labour for transformer oil for top up in transformer complete all as specified and directed. Note : Sealed container only will be brought at site with minimum BDV 60 KV

Material and labour for disconnecting HT/LT connection of transformer, 11000/433 V, 3 Phase, 4 wire system and opening up the top cover of transformer of capacity 200 KVA for checking the conditions to carryout replacements at site, including draining out oil from the transformer in suitable container (containers to be provided by the contractor) and replacement to the transformer with replacement of parts (as required), checking the lead connection from winding to bus rods including necessary soldering/jointing etc and after complete replacement refilling the dehydrated oil, replacing perished gasket with new gasket of same size and testing on full load after connecting the HT/LT connections complete all as directed by Engineering charge Notes : (i) Major parts as under shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this BOQ (iii) Dehydration/ filtration of transformer oil shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this BOQ’ (iv) T&P and minor parts will be arranged by the contractor and the cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item (v) Rate deemed to be inclusive of securing the cables on HT/ LT side for tension free at cable entry box.
