Dismantling of brick tiles or terris tiles single layer on roof of any position and or any height, jointed and grouted/pointed in cement mortar including roof treatment of any description and debris/rubbish off from site upto distance 500 mtr and depositing in low laying are of def land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Demolition of mud phuska in roof any thickness including plastering, leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof), etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note : Mud stacking at site will not be allowed

Removing of demolished / excavated materials/mud phuska collected after demolition from the roof slabs as mentioned here-in-before, out side of defence land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for preparing surface by brushing with wire brush, sweeping with brooms and cleaning with water and drying with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Demolition of cement concrete work of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) in roof padding with maintaining proper slope in (1:40) finished even and smooth , including in roof kerb, mud slope rounder or chamfered on edges coping kerb water tough and like incl weathering, slightly rounded or chamferred angles and throating directed incl necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for providing and applying Smartcare Damp proof, a fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane formulated with reimbursement acrylic fibers having Sun Reflecting Index (SRI) of 105 on horizontal/vertical surface of roof/wall/chajjas in three coats @ 1.0 litres per sqm, primary coat self-priming coat (dilution with water in the ration of 3:1) and other two coats to be applied undiluted. The coating needs to be reinforced with 40 GSM Geotextile fabric, to sandwich between 2nd and 3rd coat of coating on new PCC/plastered surfaces. The application shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in- charge. Notes :- (1) The work shall be executed through authorised applicator of manufacturer only. (2) Authrised Applicator shall be approved by AGE(I) before statring of work. (3) All materials shall be procured directly form manufacture / distributors. (4) Guarantee : The contractor shall furnish a written guarantee for the effectiveness of the water proofing treatment for a period of ten years in favour of the AGE(I). A sum equivalent to 2.5% (Two point Five Percent) of the cost of water proofing treatment shall be retained by the Govt from contractor's dues as security deposit, The contractor may, however, furnish a fixed deposite receipt in lieu from a Schedule bank pledged in favour of AGE(I).

M&L for provinding and applying Smartcare crack seal, for interior or exterior surface of walls and ceiling on horizontal / vertical surface upto 5mm depth and 3mm wide, after taking down the cracks with cheisal and cleaning the surface with brushes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sqm including cleaning base surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thickness and weighing not less than 3.0 Kg/sqm water proofing membrane reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt. not less than 150gm/Sqm) land on primered surface by forced application with side overlap of 75mm and 100mm on longitudinally complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (a) The rate of necessary scaffolding wherever reqd, gas & other arrangements shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of item. (b) Each step must be approved by Engr in Charge before proceeding to next step complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.( c) Ponding test shall be carried out by contractor.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surface of any description over 10 cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Taking down Cast Iron/PVC pipe of any size of any description with fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position and Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes,etc.(Exc 250 ltr n exc 500 ltr) and writing date of cleaning with white paint on tank complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position and Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes,etc. (Exc 500 N exc 1000 ltr) and writing date of cleaning with white paint on tank complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick masonry work buit in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class "B" bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Taking down cement plaster, any description from brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, inclu taking down roots of trees complete etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly untreated plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer with alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work on concrete surfaces using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge (Note : Rate to be quoted by bidder inclusive WPC)

M&L for applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over priming coat of exterior primer on new or untreated plastered surfaces using brush for priming coat and 1st coat and 2nd coat with airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint using brush for first coat and second/final coat with Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max materials hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on ceilling finish even and smooth w / o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for prepration of newly plastered surfaces on ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
