Maintenance and operation through outsourcing of water supply installation by engaging helpers (Two helpers in each shift of eight hours) in for helping FGM (Engaged at srl No 01 above) at Head Water Works, Panjpulla, Dalhousie under AGE (I) Dalhousie for three shift of 8 hours in a day including Sundays & holidays as per directions of Engr-in-Charge.

Maintenance and operation through outsourcing of water supply installation comprising pumping of water from submersible pump No 2, storage of water and distribution through pipe lines by engaging experienced skilled tradesmen (FGM) (ITI qualifed) (One FGM in each shift of eight hours) at MH Area, Dalhousie & submersible Pump No 2 under AGE (I) Dalhousie for three shift of 8 hours in a day including Sundays & holidays as per directions of Engr-in-Charge.

Maintenance and operation through outsourcing of cold storage & DG set installation at ASC supply comprising of Freezer Room, Chiller Room & DG set including equipment (LT Panels, Change over switches, MCCBs, Battery charger, voltage Stabilzer, Safety Equipments etc) by engaging experienced skilled tradesmen (FGM) (ITI qualifed) (One FGM in each shift of eight hours) at ASC Supply, Dalhousie under AGE (I) Dalhousie for three shifts of 8 hours in a day including Sundays & holidays as per directions of Engr-in-Charge.

Maintenance and operation through outsourcing of water supply installation comprising pumping of water from submersible pump No 3&4, storage of water, distribution through pipe lines through Centrifugal Pumps, operation of 40 KVA DG Set including equipments (LT Panels, Change over Switches, MCCBs, Battery charger, Voltage Stabilizer, Safety Equipments etc) by engaging experienced skilled tradesmen(FGM) ITI qualified) at MAP (One FGM in each shift of eight hours) Banikhet, Dalhousie for three shifts of 8 hours in a day including Sundays & holidays as per directions of Engr-in-Charge.

Maintenance and operation through outsourcing of water supply installation comprising pumping of water from submersible pump, storage of water, distribution etc operation of other allied equipment i.e. LT panel, MCCBs, Battery chargers, Voltage Stabilizers, Safety Equipments etc) by engaging experienced skilled tradesmen (FGM) ITI qualified) at New Pump House in FFC Bakloh Cantt (One FGM in each shift of eight hours) under AGE(I) Dalhousie for two shifts of 8 hours in a day including Sundays & holidays as per directions of Engr-in-Charge.

Maintenance and operation through outsourcing of water supply installation comprising pumping of water from sewage intake to STP, operation of Sewage Treatment Plant, pumping of water from treated water tank, storage of water, distribution through pipe lines to entire area including necessary arrangements for operation of taps to supplied area and allied equipments i.e. LT Panels, MCCBs, Safety Equipments etc by engaging experienced skilled tradesmen (FGM), ITI qualified (One FGM in each shift of eight hours) at STP in Vijay Vihar under AGE (I) Dalhousie for one shift of 8 hours in a day including Sundays & holidays as per directions of Engr-in-Charge.

Note for item No 01 to 10 :- (i) Inside, surrouding area of the Water Supply installations, cold storage, DG sets and STP installations and all equipments shall be maintained neat and clean all the time and the unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost ot the same. (ii) The skilled tradesmen shall be ITI certificate holder & capable to attend emergency repair/ maintenance and complaints as per the directions Engr-in-Charge. (iii) All T&P required for attending complaints and maintenance of plant and installation will be supplied by the contractor and cost is deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (iv) Proper attendance register shall be maintained by the contractor. (v) The Tradesmen shall be provided with protective clothings/ safety hand gloves/ industrial helments/ safety belts/ face masks/ rain coats and shall bear that while on duty and the cost is deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (vi) The contractor has to provide adequate means to the workmen for conducive work environment and he has to ensure that the workers are covered as per labour law and insurance act. All the tradersmen should be covered under Insurance act. (vii) The unit rate quoted is deemed to include for printing log sheet, registers and other stationery items. (viii) The contractor shall provide with approved colour of uniform for the tradesmen and they should wear the uniform in duty hours. The rate quoted deemed to be included in the quoted rate. If anybody found in duty without uniform penalty @ 500 per head will be recovered. (ix) The following register/ documents to be maintained on daily basis :- (a) Daily Log sheet for Water Supply. (b) Permit Book (c) Daily log Sheet for DG Sets (x) In case the contractor fails to depute person in shift as asked, then suitable recovery shall be made for the same. Panel reovery as per particular specification per shift shall be recovered in case of operator/ technician/ helper found absent from duty for Srl No 01 to 10.

Notes contd....... (xi) The contractor will provide two sets of complete tools and one commando torch, tool bag which will be used by the technicians and Helpers while on duty at the installations. The tools will be returned to the contractor on completion of the contract. The rates for the same are deemed to be includied in the rates quoted. In case of non provison of tools Rs. 20 000.00 will be recovered. (xii) One Mobile Phone alongwith sim card & necessary balance for the manning staff will be provided by the contractor at each installation to keep liaison/ communication with MES staff/ Users and the cost is deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (xiii) Contractor is responsible for safe custody of plants and equipments at Water Supply installations, cold storage, DG sets and STP installations. (xiv) DG sets will be operated in case of power failur if it is not operated due to negligence of the staff, Recovery of Rs 1000/- shall be made accordingly. (xv) Diesek/FOL consumption register will be maintained in time to time. The register will be provided by contractor. Diesek/FOL will be provided by department UNDER sCHEDULE 'B'. (xvi) Cleaning meterials like cotton waste, brushes, nylon nets should be provided by the contractor. The rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for the same. (XVII) Payment to contractor on account of engagement of trademen/ helper shall be admissible only after receipt of bank receipts of payments for wages made by contractor in favour of trademen/ helper employed.
