Dismantling carefully the existing OH line of worn out/ defective ACSR conductor of any size from its position by necessary disconnecting of conductor.

Dismantling existing unserviceable / damaged LT Pole complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cross arms of MS fabricated complete with all accessories viz nut, bolts, washer etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing defective LT under ground cable of any size from trenches complete all as directed

Supply, stringing, streaching and binding in replacement with insulator, ACSR conductor (Weasel /ferret/Mink) on HT/LT Poles including providing of necessary jumpers, connecting all existing incoming and out going connections, trimming of trees approximately 2 mtr around conductor etc all as specified & directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr in wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of underground cable and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post hole size 0.6 Mtr X 0.6 Mtr X 1.65 Mtr depth for installation of LT pole 9 mtr long ,in any type of soil and getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm.

Supply & lay in trenches double walled corugated HDPE pipe 75 mm dia high density for protection of under ground cables( Note: pipe couplers with seal, bends, end covers etc are deemed to be included in rate quoted)

Supplying, install and errect in true vertical position steel tubular swaged welded pole in replacement complete with cast iron/MS base plate 6mm thick and of size 300x300mm, final taper, pole cap, bolts, nuts, washers & screws etc. pole made out of ERW M.S. tubing conforming to IS-2713 part-II type 410 SP-531 (9.0 metre long) LT including of holes of reqd Nos and size for fixing of cross arms, painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint for exposed surfaces and two coats of black bituminous paint for portion embedded in concrete, painting three signal red colour bends at lower portion of exposed pole starting from plinth block , each band of 300mm height at 300mm spacing, painting pole No the black paint by stenciled letters/figures of 8 cm height complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Cutting through existing bituminous road /PCC/floor/approx size width 50cm X 60cm depth along cross section of the road for laying of GI tubing/RCC pipe for encasing of cable and repairing the road to match with the original finish complete all as specified.

"M&L earthing GI Strip complete with galvanized steel plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0 mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm size by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) connected to main switch board or any other electrical equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of strata, 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe for watering, funnel with wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 chamber, RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, reinforced with 6 mm dia MS round bars @ 15 cm c/c both way for cover and MS frame etc., complete all as specified.

Note: Amount of sch of credit of Rs.78250/-will be deducted from total amount of BOQ.
